In short: the best restaurant in this area of Bodrum for sure! Most likely the best overall in Bodrum
Interior: stylish, elegant, thoughtful. There are elements that overlap with other Sakhalin restaurants. I was especially pleased with the attention to small things - for example, identical glasses and dishes (the same as other restaurants in other countries). A tight fit, but there are also remote tables, I recommend booking at least a day or two in advance. Great music, but it seemed a little loud in places
Food: there is definitely no question about it. Perfect combinations, the freshest seafood, a very large selection! By the way, of course, the specialties of the Sakhalin crab salad type are not just the same as in Moscow Time, but absolutely identical. I think this is a level where different products, countries, chefs - but the quality standard is so high that the taste is identical. I want to highlight the fish, namely the kalkan - so far the most delicious fish that I have tasted (by the way, it is fresh here, and this is very rare for this fish). And also, the signature salad and desserts (everything, although not a fan, but here it's very good for sweets).
Service: amazing! Firstly, it is easy to get through and/or book online, which is rare for Bodrum. Secondly, the service itself is ideal, from staff selection to pleasant features like Russian-speaking staff. For understanding, not just one waiter was assigned to our table, but three, and all participated
Drinks: a great selection of wines, delicious cocktails, again the maximum score! I especially want to highlight the sommelier - they picked up a drink for everyone on the first try (although the tastes are far from similar). Separately, I want to highlight and recommend one of my favorite wines, and the best Alvarinho - Mar de Frades 2021. We were so amazed by the drink that we not only took the bottle with us, but also returned separately for another bottle!
Total: I consider it the best restaurant in Bodrum, and I visited all the Michelin in Bodrum (by the way, I'm sure they will get it, they just haven't had time yet because of the novelty of the institution). Head and shoulders above other restaurants, especially in the Yalikavak marina. If you are in Bodrum, it is definitely worth a visit, you will not regret it (which I cannot say about 99% of the restaurants in Bodrum). I think this is the case when the price is more than justified, and yet WRF - and holds the brand in Bodrum, which is nice
An island at home on the Turkish coast!) Everything from the location, meeting guests, design, service and quality of dishes for 5 points! The price tag is really Moscow, but the memories are priceless! Gorgeous sunset view, thank you to the Whole team for the hospitality!
Everything was fine, but if the dirty dishes were taken away from the table faster and you didn't have to remind me of your requests, it would be better.
Maybe the staff is relaxed because of the heat, or maybe because of the level of the restaurant itself and the guests, and they begin to behave as if this is their institution…
The waiter was pleasant, gave good recommendations, which we took advantage of and were not upset
The waiting time is not great, which pleased me, but there was no download at the time of the order, so I can't answer objectively
Regarding the cost, it is standard for a Moscow restaurant, but it is not clear to me when it is the same on the seashore
The food was delicious, except for linguini pasta with crab, the taste was dull, weak and no bright emotions, even the crab did not save the situation, by the way it was also orphanishly small 5 pieces the size of half a teaspoon, it would have been better to make risotto with crab (which is not on the menu, but it was definitely would be the top position)

I live in St. Petersburg, visit and communicate with restaurateurs and brand chefs of the top restaurants, and I have not eaten such pasta yet and would not recommend it to anyone, honestly, it spoiled the impression
I didn't see any original dishes from the Chef
I was pleased with the landing, the gaps between the tables are good, I did not hear the neighbors eating and drinking
