I often come to Kokshetau, I prefer to have dinner at this institution.

The waiters carried PRE-ORDERED salads for more than an hour, in which 80% of the ingredients were actually lettuce leaves. We waited for more than two hours for the hot stuff, we were simply ignored. There was no promised program, already at the eleventh hour a kid came running, like a presenter and "about happiness", the prizes for the competition were magnets with their own relama. Shameful food, terrible attitude towards guests and wasted money.
