I was robbed in my room while I was sleeping. Moreover, the receptionist was involved in the process. The hotel itself is nothing, the price tag is reasonable and generally good. But the fact that I was surrounded ruined the whole attitude towards the hotel. The culprits are being sought, and the administrator has been fired. But that doesn't make it any easier for me.
