We are very disappointed with this hotel, as we believe that it is very important to treat people with understanding and respect. We wanted to book two rooms in this hotel on booking, but booking allowed us to book only one room (although it showed several rooms available) and charged money from the card, but refused to book the second room. We immediately wrote to the hotel (after 5 minutes) with a request to cancel the reservation and described the whole situation, but the hotel did not want to refund the money and withheld a fine of 50% of the cost of accommodation. It takes a long time to respond to our messages at this hotel, and eventually they just started ignoring our messages. In this place, they aim to rob their customers at any cost, not with high-quality service. Avoid this place. I wish you all a good rest, but not in this place.

Five stars! Amazing apartment! The very center of the old town, the view from the balcony is like in a movie! Clean, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi. And most importantly, an amazing kind host, whose help was very helpful to us! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I recommend staying here if you want to experience the beautiful old Rhodes!
