Cleaning on request, but never refused. I did not meet the Russian-speaking staff, they know English well at the reception. The price and quality are quite acceptable. The place is quiet, there are many cafes around, the local Broadway is diverse for various goods. They will not give you advice on routes. The rooms are quite cramped, the photos don't match. The pool is on the top floor, not worth a visit. The elevator smells bad (Maybe it's a temporary problem)
The place is well located, although I had to wander a little to find it, walk an extra three km. Sagrada Familia is right there, in the block. The room is quite cozy, everything you need is there. You live there as a resident of Barcelona, laundry is drying everywhere on the balconies in the courtyard of this typical square residential complex of houses. The room even has its own internal reinforced concrete courtyard to put plants and tables there, for example, or extra junk. Well, in general, in Russia it was not very clear with the courtyard, although...... and here it seems even nothing.
There was a huge cockroach running around in the room, and there wasn't even a kitchen nearby) The rooms in the photo are better than they actually are
