I would like to express my gratitude for the work done! We were given a design project for a studio apartment and we were very satisfied. Despite the small area, we managed to correctly place everything we needed: allocate a bedroom area, combine the kitchen and living room, and organize a comfortable workplace on the balcony. All solutions are thought out to the smallest detail, the space looks functional and cozy. I do not recommend a studio for ordering a design project!
After ordering the design project from 12/27/2023, about 4+ months passed with this studio, emotions subsided, what disadvantages were revealed when working with the company:
1. The deadlines for the project were repeatedly shifted, changes were made too slowly.
2. References and suggestions were not taken into account or ignored. This created the feeling that our ideas were not important to the studio.
3. The variants of the proposed layouts turned out to be of the same type. The difference was mainly in the arrangement of the furniture, which did not meet expectations.
3. Such points as: the composition of the walls - that is, what they are made of and their calculation, the moment with the presence of a pet was not taken into account (although it was indicated in the TOR) - they were redone as a result.
4. The most important thing! The layout was not approved by the chief architect when submitting the documents! - and then the circus began ......!!
They offered anything, just not to redo their project, up to illegal planning and so on.The reason why they did not want to redo it is doubtful, they referred to the fact that they could not do it for free (although the project was paid for in a large amount) and they would have to wait more than a month, because the "designer" goes on vacation.The project was partially redone.
5. We eliminate the technical inconsistencies of the project in the current repair, in the technical project there are many places where details and dimensions are not specified or not completed.
The price does not match the quality of the services provided!

We are quite satisfied with the work of the studio, we have done high-quality work. The task was to create a design project for a two-euro apartment in Minsk World. There was no previous experience in projects, according to my personal feelings, they were done quickly (within 1.5 months), quickly made edits, participated in the discussion and felt the experience.
In general, I can safely recommend this studio, the result is guaranteed!

I want to thank the company for their help in accepting the apartment. At the first examination, it seemed to me that everything was in order, but on the advice of my friends, I decided to contact specialists in order to avoid possible problems in the future. The inspection revealed flaws that I hadn't even noticed, from small cracks to unreliable structures. Thanks to this, it was possible to amend the work contract, taking into account all the identified shortcomings. If it wasn't for the SAGA company, I would have to constantly redo something. I recommend them to anyone who wants to be sure of the quality of their apartment.

It's been more than six months since I received the design project, and I can share my honest opinion.
• deadlines have been delayed by 2 months;
• During this time, 3(!) designers have changed on our project.;
• Absolute lack of initiative on the part of all three designers. No design decisions, our detailed technical specifications were simply ignored, a series of impractical and sometimes absurd suggestions in a hurry.;
• high cost for such work;
• the measurement plan is incorrect;
• as a result, the layout and design are all that we have come up with.
To the finale: for this money and for this period, I could have learned how to drive a car myself and done it all, because as I said earlier, we did not receive any design solutions, only visualized our proposals from under the stick.

I contacted the Saga company on 17.07. I managed to get a planning solution and some visualization of what I came up with on 30.10.24.
The only professional in this company is the sales manager.
I did not receive any design solutions, advice or constructive advice.
As a result: for a long time, it's not worth the money and effort spent, only negative emotions remain! And there is still repair and correction of all the jambs in this "underproject"😏
I strongly recommend not to get involved: take care of your nerves, money and time!

We ordered a project for a studio apartment on 10/14/2024 with all the stages, including a specification indicating the places of purchase of all finishing materials. We paid an advance of 25% of the total amount. The term of the contract expired on 20.01.2025. We worked slowly, the layouts were not unusual, the difference was in the location of the sofa, wardrobe, table, round or square. We agreed on something with grief, it was already 11/19/2024, and we paid for it. For some reason, the designer decided to start with the hallway, made it simply white, the eye clung only to the carpet in color, as if made of cork material. In addition to the color, there were jambs with the height of the hangers for outerwear (at the level of the upper line of the door), the wishes for light and bedside tables were not taken into account. They tried to fix something, to no avail, I had to come to the office, where it was decided to forget about the hallway and start with the room, decide on the style there and move on. And then they didn't hear us at all... We write in detail - nothing is taken into account, we point out the requirements for the sofa (not loose, necessarily on legs and with storage places) - they send something lying on the floor, we don't want accent lights - we get black ones on a white ceiling. And again, nothing unusual, everything is exactly as each of us could. I had to draw it to make it clear, and correct it right on their own pictures. In general, all your ideas are a dubious picture. As a result, they even found the right sofa from the manufacturer, so they didn't even add it to the visualization. It's all bullshit, we've agreed on a room, it's time to move on to the next room, and it's already the middle of January. There remains an entrance hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, and a loggia, but the deadline is running out. They offered to conclude an addendum.We did not agree to an agreement with deadlines until the end of February. On the day of the deadline, we wrote them a letter saying that late fees were starting to accrue, apparently we didn't like it very much, because the work just stopped, we didn't respond to the letter or in the general chat, and time was running out. They gave a dubious answer to our letter, did not feel guilty, and did not continue to work. As a result, on January 31, they sent a letter saying that they were unilaterally terminating the contract with us, verbally referring to the clause about the discrepancy between the stylistic requirements of the contractor (Saga) and the wishes of the Customer. Funny. They just don't know how to work, and there was no question of style, since nothing had been done. In the end, they demanded a refund of the advance (and they don't refund it under the contract) and the cost of the first stage, otherwise they would have gone to court because time was lost, the apartment was idle, and the contractor behaved just disgusting. They returned everything and dispersed.
Saga is totally not worth your attention. Maybe the designer and I were unlucky, but the whole laudatory crowd of people in the chat on your project doesn't do anything at all, it doesn't solve your problems in any way. We got nervous, no project, and now we're looking for a new company.
If you do not want to choose absolutely everything yourself, while the "designers" will simply receive money for children's pictures, do not contact this desk. The lawyers and accountants there are just as clueless as the design unit.

The professional level is low. Not only was the production time of the project delayed by a month, but many technical errors were also made.
Creativity is at a low level (just furniture arrangement). The attitude to work is indifferent, although initially everything was beautiful in words.

After buying an apartment, my husband and I decided that we did not want to think about what and how it would be. After all, everyone should do their own thing, so we decided to turn to professionals in order to save our nerves and get an ideal home. Saga Studio was found on the Internet. We liked their work, so we decided to contact them. And almost immediately after the appeal, the work began to boil! We just told you in general terms how we see our ideal apartment. It seemed that it was all incredibly fit on 55 square meters. But the saga studio did a great job! Saga had heard about the company for a long time, so when it became necessary to make repairs in the apartment, the first thing she thought about them. First, I went to the website, looked at the portfolio, and got acquainted with the information provided. The first consultation was already prepared. I was well received here, and I realized that I was exactly where I needed to be. After we prepared a design project together with the designer, we began to make repairs directly on it - roughing, finishing, decoration, installation of furniture, appliances. With this organization, I did repairs from a design project to a turnkey repair.
Despite the fact that my friends dissuaded me from ordering a design project, arguing that such a picture would not work anyway and much would change in the process, I am very glad that I did not listen to them. After all, the designer offered many ideas that would not have occurred to himself, and the result turned out to be very close to what was on the project. Showing photos of the repair now, some people think that these are pictures from the project.
A very big advantage of working with this organization is that after the design project, an estimate was calculated, the cost of which did not change until the repair was completed. At the same time, all the work was done at the highest level, for which special thanks to the masters.
Separately, I would like to mention furniture specialists, whose work I am simply delighted with. After all, in the production of each piece of furniture, all my wishes were taken into account, while ideas were proposed that significantly improved its functionality, practicality, while giving a very beautiful appearance. The quality of the furniture itself, after a month of use, makes me very happy. Therefore, although not all the furniture has been installed yet, today I understand that I will order the rest only from this organization.
I am very grateful to the entire Saga team for helping me realize my dream, for the picture that I now see every day in my apartment, getting incredible pleasure from it.
If someone wants to make high-quality, beautiful repairs at a very reasonable price, I recommend this organization to everyone.
