(I'll attach the photo below), We started contacting the manufacturer, he confirmed the fact of the defect, says send it back at your own expense, they say we will fix it, BUT THE SENT TOWELS CAME VIA CARGO, IN ORDER TO SEND THEM BACK YOU NEED A FULL PACKAGE (which costs 10 times more than the towels themselves). After that, we decided to offer to compensate for this fact, but the guys just stalled, they don't answer any phones. RUN AWAY FROM THEM, DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKES.
