I am a pilot working for a private jet company and I made a reservation to stay at the hotel. When we went to pay the bills after leaving the hotel, we saw that we had paid for the drinks we had not had and that the meals we ordered were incomplete. Even though we objected, they still took the money and were very rude, not even listening to us.
This is one of the worst hotels in Moscow! The service is absolutely terrible, and the staff are unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory. The receptionists refuse to speak English, making even basic communication frustrating and nearly impossible. The bathrooms are filthy and clearly not maintained properly. The overall experience was a disaster. The only bright spot in this awful hotel was Artem, the tour events manager—he was the only helpful and professional person. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!
