One of my most favorite branches of Safia, beautiful lacation, it's calm and quiet around, you can sit outside, especially in autumn it's just something that I love this place for, I'm not too lazy to even go specifically for this, there is a kitchen, but you should arrive a little earlier than lunch or later so that there is not too much to the people

The order includes cappuccino, medium sugar, 2 servings of cheesecakes and black tea with sugar and lemon. They brought coffee and 2 sachets of sugar separately. So coffee without sugar. It turned out that there is more sugar in coffee than coffee. With tea, the same sugar stuff was put on 3 teapots. They asked to dilute it with boiling water, it did not help. We were asked to refresh the tea, they brought us a kettle with boiling water and lemon. Everything is fine with cheesecakes. I have a question - for so many damn years of Safia's work, have you not learned how to serve coffee and tea? I paid the check in full and announced everything at the checkout.

I ordered three glasses of coffee with me (in the department where you need to order coffee with you), I was invited to sit down - I sat down, but the barista did not start preparing my order. It took 10 minutes, at that time there was no one in front of me. The barista was preparing fresh drinks in bottles, no one warned me about the proper waiting, I was in a hurry.
To my question, why is this so? I was told that she had a large order and had not yet started preparing my order.
I keep waiting and writing this review.

A wonderful bakery. Very tasty cakes. I have not yet found a single place that I would like so much. I can safely advise you. Not all bakeries treat visitors kindly, so I take them with me more often than I choose to sit. Maybe I was just unlucky, so I don't take away the star for it. If it is purely to taste, judge 5 out of 5. Prices are average.

This Safia has gone bad. They used to be fine. 1. They recorded your cakes to order, and you won't pick them up tomorrow. 2. The menu was better and the prices were cheaper. They kept changing the menu, removing delicious items. And prices have skyrocketed and the price-quality ratio does not match 3. Service and organization are lame. There are normal waiters there, but they huddle together and do not effectively coordinate with each other. 4. The cakes weren't that frozen. 5. Last time, they didn't bring us soups for 40 minutes and we left. I was furious at the injustice. But the funny thing is that they brought iftar sets with the same soups to the guests who came after us. That is, they were 3-course sets, and we had rice for 40 minutes, but you can't wait. The strangest thing was when the waiter replied he didn't know when it would be ready when they asked when the soups would be brought. This was the last straw and I will not support such a system.
