Safia pastry shops in Tashkent are incredibly delicious! There are about 40 of them in the city. Feel free to go to any one, good coffee and desserts for every taste will definitely cheer you up. Great for hiking with family or gatherings with friends) Some coffee shops have children's corners.

We've been to this cafe twice.
The first time, we went in for breakfast. We took pies paramach, samsa with pumpkin, khachapuri with cheese. We were shocked by the ratio of dough and filling in the paramach pies. Perhaps this is the way it should be, but we know the closest "relatives" of these pies - Tatar peremyaches and all-Russian belyashi. So much dough is tasteless! There are many times more fillings in peremyach and belyash. And here, I'm sure, there should also be much more filling and thinner dough. In total, we took a bite out of each paramach once, immediately "biting off" all the tiny filling with a small piece of dough, and two-thirds of the rest of the paramach, pure dough, went into waste.
Khachapuri is the other extreme! Excess filling. It's all cheese. In my opinion, it is not very tasty. In short, of the three names, two by three with a minus - paramachi and khachapuri. Samsa with pumpkin - for a thin four.
The coffee is good.
That's the second time we went in for coffee. And they took a sweet muffin and a walnut pigtail for coffee. When I bit off this pigtail, I realized that it was not just stale (stale), but also cold...
I made a claim, they brought me papers confirming the freshness of the muffin, and then everything turned out. The cafe doesn't bake anything by itself. Pastries are transported from the region. And judging by the number of cafes of this brand, it is prepared in large quantities at once for all points. And then they deliver it. From the area all over the city. With this approach, and even in cold weather - what kind of freshness of muffins can we talk about?!
I'd put a deuce on it. But the guys were genuinely upset and worried that such a mess had turned out. Well, the coffee is good.
