I visited the Sofia confectionery chain in Tashkent at the address Chilonzor array 2. I bought an apple pie, cookies with apples, sand envelopes. I really liked the cookies, the tender dough and the well-developed number of apples, the sand envelopes have a commodity packaging, there is a nut in the filling, but the dough seemed to me dry, margarine is clearly not 82.5%. I tried their coconut cake, large, expensive, but presentable, for lovers with coconut chips. The pastry shop has a good assortment of cakes, cookies, croissants, samsa with meat, pumpkin, there are bilyashi. I liked the interior, it was modern and cozy, I enjoyed sitting in a cafe with a cup of coffee and an eclair. Excellent service, friendly staff!

We have been walking here with my wife for 3 months in the morning or late at night. And for us, this is the best institution in Tashkent in terms of price-quality-service ratio. Insanely delicious desserts and very pleasant staff. Always friendly and always a delicious cappuccino from the man in the cap behind the bar. In general, I recommend it!

Safia is near the house. You can always order something and they will bring you here, buy baked goods, cakes, everything from home. I really like pancakes with meat and fried dumplings. And my son likes cottage cheese pie there. Their quality remains at a good level. The staff is polite, in this branch for sure!
