an excellent value-for-money hotel in the heart of Istanbul, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, modern, equipped with everything you need, cleaned daily) one of the disadvantages (our room was on the 6th floor) is the view from the window to the neighboring building and the stairs, well, the room itself is not that spacious.

The hotel is just great! Great location. Almost all the attractions can be reached on foot. And transport is close (metro, tram, ferries). The hotel is new and clean. The rooms are spacious. Towels are changed every day. The staff is beyond praise. They are very friendly, very attentive. Personally, there was one disadvantage for me - a high pillow. And it is also worth noting that in some rooms the window overlooks the blank wall of the neighboring building (it is not very bright in the room during the day) . But considering that everyone walks during the day, this is also a small minus.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, if you don't expect much from it. Excellent location-all the main attractions are just around the corner. good staff, adjusted for Turkish service in general (in our version, when checking in at 14:00, one of the rooms was ready only at 15:00, we had to wait. Also be careful! Check the connection with the accommodation, we made a reservation on booking.com . On the day of arrival, we received a message in the application: let us know whether you will arrive or not, the hotel is fully booked, we want to cancel your reservation… At the moment (October 2024), the hotel is undergoing cosmetic repairs, the walls look slightly stripped, plus the elevator broke down during our visit, but the breakdown was eliminated in 3 hours. Some of the rooms are located in the basement, more precisely on the 1st floor, the Windows overlook the well, the white light is almost invisible, but this is the situation in many rooms and floors above. So if this option does not suit you, ask for a street view. The deluxe rooms (I haven't seen any others) are clean, everything looks new, there are slippers, bottled water of 0.5 liters per person, coffee, tea, kettle. The air conditioner is working properly.
