I recently visited the sanatorium Saf Resort 🏞️ Spa. Only the best impressions remained. The room was clean, the room has a TV, a mini fridge, a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is clean and spacious. Cleaning every day, which was especially pleasing. Since a clean room is important to me. The staff is polite and attentive. The waitress girls are always smiling, trying to serve quickly. If you want something individually for yourself, then on the 2nd floor there is a cozy, atmospheric resto-bar "Hazelnut". A very tasty and varied barbecue. What was ordered was rated 5. I recommend it to all my Friends.The team is a polite Massage therapist, Nonna, Special thanks to a responsive Kind professional in her field and even solved some conflict situations quickly and people were satisfied.A young girl Diana on paraffin is also a smart girl, Friendly and does everything quickly and harmoniously. We celebrated the New Year, a great place for two days. The banquet, the food, the show program was great, we won certificates for SPA, for accommodation. The room is comfortably clean, there are bathrobes, slippers, and accessories. The staff is very attentive, the waiter Ruslan, Zhuldyz, the chef are excellent staff. All requests were solved as easily as possible. There is a cat mascot of the institution, a parrot on the street, a mini zoo with peacocks. The hazelnut restaurant has a great atmosphere, a terrace and a view of the mountains, Talgar, pleases the eye as much as possible.

The sanatorium is new, it is only 2 years old,courteous staff,a wide range of procedures, both free and paid.I liked the exercise machines and massagers.The only drawback is the kitchen is weak.But the air is mountainous, clean, and the nature is beautiful

Рассказать что там классно.... Рука не поднимется.
Вокруг санатория ничего нет... Ни детской площадки ни качельки. Бассейна нет, беседок как понимаете тоже нет.
Приехали отдохнуть и по лечиться взяли дочку. Неделю еле отмучились. Вокруг никаких достопримечательностей.
Дети слоняются им скучно.
Хорошо поехали на своей машине, приходилось часто уезжать в город к другу что бы не умереть со скуки.
Комнаты красивые. Но нет балконов. Сушилок для белья нет, только змеевик в ванной.
Кондиционер только в холле, в комнатах нет.
Задумайтесь перед приобретением билетов в этот санаторий. Я бы не поехал.....

I think it 's too early to position this institution as a sanatry .maybe something will change in the future. No therapeutic baths (only water and a spoonful of ordinary salt), no mud treatments....Paraffin, massage and salt room are all that more or less has an effect. Yes, good mechanical beds in the exercise room. Queues all day. It's exhausting.
The food is quite edible, but very small portions. People don't eat enough. And another moment . Everything is served cold, the tables are not cooked and are not normally covered after the 1st shift. The staff is not trained . It was probably built recently and work is still underway. The view of the mountains is impressive (if the windows overlook the mountains). Ryalrm has horseback riding. Another disadvantage is synthetic bed linen. White, but synthetic. Everything slides down, you sleep on the mattress pad. I hope in the future, listening to the opinion of vacationers, they will take into account the comments and correct many points.

То что хорошо: все чисто и уютно, каждый раз уборка есть вся удобство. Лечение так себе, а вот про еду вообще молчу это прямо ужасссс. Голени прямо с запахами не то что кушать прямо смотреть не возможно.
