I was delighted to visit the Manor restaurant! The cozy atmosphere and beautiful interior created a great mood immediately upon arrival. The service was top notch, the waiters were attentive and friendly. And the gastronomic menu was pleased with the variety and quality of the dishes. Local delicacies and desserts were especially delicious. I will definitely come back here again and recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates excellent service and fine cuisine

We were at this restaurant on 09/22/2024 for a wedding. Very cozy place, good attitude of the staff. And the kitchen is generally a bomb. There were so many dishes and they were all very tasty, if you don't try it, then everything is to the point according to taste preferences. The serving is good, the portions are large, the products are fresh. Clean, the furniture is well maintained. The event was held on the summer terrace, only wooden floors were brought here, they have not been painted for a long time and they are walking. But if you don't take this moment into account, everything was great. We had a great rest!

It's just disgusting!
We came to choose a banquet hall, they announced the conditions for a 150,000 banquet and 5,000 deposit and the hall is yours. We left to discuss and think, we will arrive in 3 days: we have changed the conditions, now we need to order 200,000 and 15,000 collateral. We have only 30 guests, what should I feed them for that kind of money? This is not adequate, people waste time, travel, personally watch the venues, and the restaurant changes the conditions of events in its banquet halls every 3 days. They don't make any concessions! Very unreliable! I don't recommend it to anyone.
P.S. By the way, the banquet hall is not very large there, so more than 30 people will not fit there, it will just be very crowded. But there is no check of 6.500 per person at the banquet in any institution in Donetsk. I am very upset with the attitude.

We celebrated the wedding in 2017 on the summer playground, when Turkish Delight was still called and we have been at the wedding inside the restaurant for a couple of weeks. I advise you! It's beautiful and cozy. The staff is on top. The food is very tasty! I would definitely visit it again💗 As soon as we are in Donetsk again, we will definitely visit🥂

Yesterday I wanted to spend a pleasant evening with my daughter and granddaughter at the Manor cafe, but we stumbled upon inhospitality from the threshold! A child cannot move on a scooter, cold snacks are expected for 30 minutes, hot ones for an hour or more! We wanted to take a pizza in their pizzeria and sit with them and were also refused. The prices are space and the service is a nightmare😡

I'll tell you a case: I often visit this restaurant. One day, meat and vegetables were brought. The meat turned out to be tough (impossible to chew). He turned to the waiter. He listened. The administrator or the head came (I don't know), offered to pick it up. Later they reported that the cook had tried and the meat did not meet their requirements. A notice was brought, excluded from the bill, and a "compliment" was brought.
Delicious, good service, attentive to the customer.

Disappointed. friends described it as a good place with good service. It was in July 2023. the kitchen is so-so, the cradle seems to have warmed up yesterday, the sauce was brought in half an hour. mayonnaise salads are stupefying. the music was pounding so hard that my ears hurt, I had to yell all the time. the audience of 50+ young people is small, the playlist is the same. at the next table, 2 men were sorting out the relationship. except that the sound of spoons was not heard (because of the loud music), and so according to the atmosphere of the cafe near the highway, only the entourage and prices like a restaurant. Friends who were there before were also spitting, it looks like the place has gone bad.

An honest review!We were pleasantly surprised by the service (they offered a column, brought a candle from mosquitoes, and blankets)-for this straight 5+!The staff is polite and helpful.I ordered pasta with shrimp, it was sooo delicious (my 2nd pasta, which left an impression, and I have something to compare it with).Beautiful serving of food and drinks.The hookah was also good (they helped to choose the taste and were not mistaken).
The only drawback is that they work until 22:00 on weekdays (they worked at least longer in the summer).There is no better place in Donetsk!I will come and I will definitely come again (for pasta).Prosperity to you!

Music does not encourage eating - low-level pop. I ordered two dishes - julienne, the taste is like in a store and the size is too, also strudel and berry compote - everything is sickly sweet, sugar on top of the strudel in grains and the consistency is the usual puff. The prices of a restaurant with ambitions!

The owner of the establishment got a small puppy, and as soon as he grew up, he was kicked out. Now he sits under the gate and lives just on the ground. Everything is closed around the perimeter, the puppy sits day and night in the open air and in the rain. He doesn't have a bowl or a mat. The staff is frostbitten, they say all the time that no one kicked him out, but the dog does not have the opportunity to enter even from the backyard, everything is closed. Creatures making money. No honor, no heart. No conscience. Intentionally make the puppy homeless.
