We had a rest in Sadko with the whole family (2 adults + 2 children) in July. The impressions were the most pleasant from the rest! Clean houses, cozy territory, everything is so beautiful that I did not want to leave! We remember now with warmth and a desire to return! There is a summer communal kitchen on the territory, everything is clean,there is everything for cooking, but we ate in a cafe, just wanted to relax 🤗 nearby there is a beautiful untouched nature,mountain views, near the sea-clean, with a wide coastline! I liked everything! As for turning off water or light, we were ready for this, as this happens often in Abkhazia. We are going to this wonderful country for the clean sea, the gentle sun and the incomparable nature, so we do not pay attention to such trifles as the lack of light or water! We know that they will give thanks to the staff of this wonderful place for a wonderful vacation, for your kind hearts and we look forward to meeting you next year!

Well, what can I say? In principle, the place is very good. The sea is 250 meters away. The neighborhood of the Pine Grove boarding house helps out, where there are amazing trees, palm trees, etc., there is also a swimming pool, animation of the 90s, but - cool! The kids like it. What to write about Sadko... The service staff asked me to write wishes and recommendations. Let there be such an interpretation. The cost of a simple cottage is 8.5 thousand rubles/day. In high season (July, August, September). Good! Let there be "recommendations"! A completely incompetent administrator. Upon arrival (we drove for 2 days), she did not even allow us to go into the house, look, go to the toilet! I grabbed it in my arms, let's get the money and passports first! As a result, the shower does not work, the door does not close - "romance" is what the administrator said. The house is designed for 4 people. There is a table on the veranda where only 2 chairs can fit! The others are probably in line. 4 plates- 2 deep, 2 small (someone will eat only the first, and someone the second)))Forks and spoons - fix price is resting!! Just made of cheap foil! Liquid hand soap and shower gel are the same unwashed substance. There is no clock anywhere!! Generally. They said everyone has phones. There are no windows!! In general, they are - panoramic! But, they are always closed with blinds, since the house opposite is located within walking distance. It's just that you can see everything in the palm of your hand. There are 10 houses, there is also a 2-storey one.designed for 4 families! That is, at least 30 people can live in Sadko at the same time. Many people smoke! Right on the veranda of his house. Children are running around right there. Smoke is a thought !If you want a wish, make a smoking area - just a small canopy and a table with an ashtray. Cheap, aesthetically pleasing, and practical! The barbecue area!!! She's gone! For kebabs - in a cafe! The kitchen is just a song!! A wonderful, cozy place. 4 !!!!!! Yes!! 4- tables !!! That is, only 16 people can eat, sit in the evening, drink tea !!!!!! We were queuing up in the morning to have lunch. Tableware is a separate topic!! One ( more or less normal ) the frying pan, the other 4 are leftovers from IKEA. A set of pots! A straight SET- one 3 liter, the rest less. 2- and the mats are light. 2 colonels, 2 shovels, a knife, a bread knife. If you see spoons, forks with plastic handles, it was left by a compassionate vacationer. Someone from the campers bought an opener! Those that are given from the house and are able to open only a bottle of wine! Two potholders and a couple of towels, just begged from the receptionist. Keep in mind! There is ONE microwave oven in the kitchen, very small - you can't warm up a baby bottle! The electric tile (for 2 camphor) is cool, right ??? and 2 are small ovens. There are no more dishes! Empty shelves! Yes! There is only one washing machine! Laundry appointment) There are also advantages: good quality bed linen, towels.There is a safe. A very good maid. Adequate, hospitable, tactful.The verdict- my opinion is not the only one, unfortunately- A WOMAN's HAND IS NEEDED! To think through everything to the smallest detail! No need to spend a lot of money - just comfort. Something that people will come back to and share their impressions and recommendations about their vacation with each other. Don't think of me as a pretentious aunt! It's simple - the price of 8,500 / day for a house should consist of at least basic human amenities.And, what lies on your bedside table in the room, with the cost of every little thing, right down to the toilet brush! Well, dear comrades! And depreciation? In general, I wish prosperity to this guest complex. Just hear the voice of the people. The common people.Who bring you money without asking for much in return. In general, it is a Standard class guest house, in my opinion. Good luck, prosperity, and long life to the owner of Sadko. with respect.

We had a rest with our family in early June 2023. The place is very quiet, calm, no fuss, no city. The houses are very cozy, made of pine planks, the smell is awesome. Pine trees and camphor trees grow nearby, the houses themselves are also in the shade of the trees. The furniture is all new, mattresses, pillows, blankets are all new and comfortable. Air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, small refrigerator, everything works very well. There is a kitchen on site where you can cook. The whole area is well maintained and clean.
A 5-minute walk to the beach at the Pine Grove boarding house. The boarding house itself has a beautiful park with lots of exotic trees. The beach is huge, there is always a place. The sea, if not stormy, is clear. There are no steers, seeds and cigarette butts on the beach.
I can especially note that there is a bar on the beach where you can sit and drink soft drinks, as well as eat ice cream. For lovers of non-lemonade, there is also everything!)
I can say that the rest is very calm, at the same time there is an opportunity to go on any excursion.
There are a couple of cafes near the houses, you can order food in advance and take it either with you or eat at the cafe. There is also a store nearby. The prices are not like in pyaterochka, they are higher.
If you go by car, there is Parking on the territory and the opportunity to go to Gagry or Pitsunda to the market and buy fruits and vegetables 2-2.5 times cheaper.
The staff at Sadko is very tactful and polite, there were no questions for them. They explain and show everything in advance, they are ready to help with any issue.
The rest was like a vacation, without worries and hassle!
Have a good rest and do not forget to visit the beach bar, hello to the owner of the bar, Roma, if he reads the review, a very hospitable person!)

We had a rest with my wife, from September 26 to October 7,we lived in a separate house,everything corresponded to the stated price list,we were 100% satisfied,we met friendly,everything is clean, and it's impossible to convey how the wood smells in the house, it was deadly,especially when you come from the sea to rest.A shared kitchen with the necessary appliances,a TV,a refrigerator,a shared washing machine and much more, necessary for the kitchen and most importantly, cozy.That's the only thing that doesn't exist, it's a barbecue area, it would just be in the theme here,its own territory, small, cozy,everyone lives like in a big family, and it would be nice sometimes to fry shish kebabs together, sit in a cozy kitchen, chat.So, I think the owners of the complex should think about it.The beach is located on the territory of the pension"Pine Grove", there are always free sun beds, both under an umbrella and under a canopy of palm branches.In general, I advise you to visit those who choose to rest in Abkhazia.

We rested in this beautiful holiday home in July for two weeks:this place is distinguished by beauty and cleanliness✅special thanks to Elena (the administrator) and Elena (the maid), they are wonderful, decent and kind people🌸we lived in a house, there is a large double bed and an armchair bed, in the second room there is an armchair bed. Everything is convenient.There is also a TV, a mirror, bedside tables and a wardrobe in the house. There is a shower room and a toilet. All photos on the site correspond to reality. The houses are in excellent condition. There is a table and 4 chairs on the veranda.
Constant change of linen and towels, as well as beds. The area is very clean and well maintained☺️We really enjoyed our vacation in Sadko! The view of the mountains is awesome! The sea is a couple of minutes walk away😍

Hotel: we rented a two-room room in a cottage. The design is very cozy. Inside, wood trim, new modern bed linen, kettle, air conditioning, towels, iron, dishes and cutlery, plasma, small refrigerator. Almost uninterrupted Internet connection (if it was turned off, then for 5 minutes). Shared microwaves and a toaster are available on the private terrace. The hotel staff is very nice - you can contact them for any questions. Everything was told and shown in detail. If you arrive in your car, then there will definitely be a parking place for it. I liked that there are swimming pools and Jacuzzis on the territory of the neighboring hotel, which can also be used by the guests of the Sadko hotel. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the beach for free.
Meals: they are not provided in the hotel itself, but this is not a problem, since there are many cafes nearby. If you want to cook your own food, then it makes sense to drive to the center of Pitsundra to the supermarket, since only fruits, vegetables and drinks are sold in local shops.
Beach: located literally 4-5 minutes walk away. If you're lucky, you can see dolphins in the sea.

It was in August 2022, the houses had just opened for living. Absolutely everything is new. The equipment of the houses, as in a super hotel: air conditioning, iron, ironing board, dryer, dispensers with soap, gel, shampoo in the bathroom. There is even a washing machine (one for the whole complex, but for those who come for a long time, this is probably relevant). Linen and towels are changed according to the schedule. It's really about 5-6 minutes from the sea. There are no passing roads on the way to the beach. A walk through the picturesque territory of the neighboring Pine Grove holiday home. There is also an evening children's animation, where our children enjoyed running.
There are also shops with fresh fruits /vegetables nearby, inexpensive cafes with delicious homemade food. There is also a restaurant on the territory of the same neighboring "Pine Grove". There are no complaints about rest. We will definitely return, because Abkhazia is beautiful and worth exploring again. And Sadko's houses are very conveniently located and the quality is above all praise.

We rested at the Sadko guest complex in July 2023
. We rested with a family of 4 people. This is my first time in Abkhazia and I have heard a lot of negative reviews about the service and quality. In fact, I can inform you that Sadko Group has a rather good location. nearby is the Pine Grove boarding house. The road to the beach passes through the boarding house, it takes about 5 minutes to walk. Sadko Guest House is a small territory on which houses are practically attached to each other.
Each house has a small veranda with a table. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay (air conditioning, TV, safe, etc.) The disadvantages are very poor lighting and poor sound insulation.
We lived on the ground floor of a two-storey building in room 10. We took a two-room room. Our neighbors got up early and the noise from their footsteps was very clearly audible. After we informed the administrator Elena about this, the neighbors began to behave more quietly. The disadvantages are very poor lighting and poor sound insulation. The second room is very small, the sofa rested against the wall and because of this part of it was raised, an adult is not comfortable sleeping.
The receptionist Elena is a very responsive woman, always tried to please her guests in everything.
Of the entertainment for children, there was only a small table and chairs, that was all. There used to be a small house, the door fell off, and in order not to injure the children, it was removed. I think that at least a swing and a small “climbing wall” for children can be put up. The place allows you to do this.
There is a small kitchen on the territory of Sadko where you can cook your own food. We only had breakfast there twice, the rest of the time we went to local cafes. The most delicious food turned out to be in a cafe with national cuisine on the territory of the Pine Grove sanatorium. We tried khinkali, khachapuri with egg, trout and other dishes there. Everything is very tasty and not expensive. Special thanks to the waiter Niko. As it turned out, he is also the owner there)
The territory of the sanatorium Pine grove is not very large, but there is a place to walk a little, a lot of palm trees and other trees. Guests of Sadko can use the beach and the Pine Grove swimming pool (they have an agreement that guests are allowed there). The beach is equipped with a large canopy, there are changing cabins and showers. Despite the fact that we were there in July, there were no problems with sun beds, there was usually enough space for everyone. The sun beds are free. We really liked the beach, the large territory, and even a bar nearby)) On the beach there is a rental of jet skis, boardboats, banana and pill rides. I posted a photo of the beach.
Sadko Group is located in the village of Citrusovy. I must say right away there is nothing to do in the village itself, there are no walking paths, people walk along the road, the choice of cafes is small. We mostly went on excursions. We visited Lake Ritsa, went to the New Athos cave (I advise everyone to go there), walked in Pitsunda and Gagra. We also visited a concert of organ music in the 10th century cathedral in Pitsunda. The sounds of the organ in the cathedral are very impressive.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, a good location, beautiful nature. But it is better to come to Sadko Group in the company of friends because it will be boring for one couple there.

In general, I would put 3.5 stars. Well, this place does not meet the stated cost. The most important problem is the problem with air conditioners - on the line of houses opposite the forest, they can not cope with the heat, the houses are under the sun all day and at 10 in the morning they are not very good...and during the day, there's just nothing to breathe. The houses are just made of wood, like cardboard))) Yes, they are beautiful, but all glow through the cracks, respectively, they heat up quickly, plus audibility. The territory is well-groomed, aesthetically everything is fine, but the common area with the kitchen is actually adjacent to the apartment building and next to everyone else - there is nowhere to sit quietly in the evening, you are disturbing everyone ((( and why did we go on vacation actually? Of course, including sitting with friends in the evening, chatting with wine, laughing while the children are sleeping.))) There is no generator of its own, and power outages are not uncommon in Abkhazia...for a couple of days, we were forced to either sit in the car during the day or leave, instead of a day rest, because it was physically impossible to be in the house (((Well, the system for counting dishes, forks, spoons (there are 4 items per house, you need to go to the kitchen with them and hand them over at the end of the rest)...I have never seen this anywhere)) the last thing I wanted to do before leaving was to look for a teaspoon cut by someone and eventually pay for its absence)))
Otherwise, the advantages are the pleasant territory of the houses themselves + the opportunity to go to a boarding house, to evening discos for children, and use sun beds. The houses are very clean, there is enough space, there is everything you need- furniture, comfortable mattresses and pillows, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, hair dryer, iron, TV, air conditioning-and it hangs in a great place, next to the bed and does not blow on anyone (that's another shelf in the shower hung))) There are 4 tables in the shared kitchen, cooking utensils, electric burners-really slow, kapets))) The administrator is a very pleasant woman. In general, positive impressions, but I do not want to return))
A couple more words about the beach-walking with children for 10 minutes, through the territory of the boarding house, is comfortable. The beach itself is pebbly, medium-sized, clean. But it's hard to go in, it hurts the legs, of course)
There is a road to the right of the houses, a 3-minute shop, tents. Then there is a cafe, we ate at Aphrodite-delicious, homemade and cheap, but for a very long time...it is better to make an order in advance by phone, otherwise wait 40-50 minutes. You can continue to walk along the streets, you won't see anything special at all, just warm up))

The electricity was cut off 3-4 times in 8 days and everything was cut off . Without air conditioning and water (they have a pump) it was very hot.
