You can get there yourself, first to the Emirate Mall metro station, then 20-30 minutes by bus 105 . The bus runs every 30 minutes. In 1-1.5 hours, you can walk the entire park and take great photos. There are a lot of visitors. In my opinion, the price is too high - 100 dirhams per person.

It's very atmospheric, a miracle created in the desert. We really liked it. It's better to go in the morning, it's not hot yet (we were in December), and there aren't many people. In different locations, you can admire houses made of flowers, clocks, Disney castles, peacocks, elephants, etc., there is a small lake next to the mills. There are a lot of cafes, delicious and inexpensive ice cream near the clock. There is a 105 bus from the Emirates Mall stop, you can pay with the card you use to pay on the subway.
