Perhaps for large burgers it is worth adding shpash retainers, mb plastic fork. When you eat with gloves on, everything becomes slippery and falls out of your hands. It is much easier to take wet wipes with you and eat with your bare hands from the heart)
I was also surprised that one person manages to cook such burgers and serve customers. The quality of the burgers was not affected by this!
It is pleasant to sit in the room itself and the ventilation works perfectly. This is not the case when you get soaked in the smell of a cutlet)
