Among the advantages: the hotel is located in the city center, a large beautiful hotel, reasonable price, good bathroom, beautiful furniture, delicious and a good choice for breakfast.
Of the cons: The beds weren't very comfortable, and the TV wasn't working well.
But there are more pros than cons, so I advise you. The room cost 400 thousand per person for Uzbek citizens!

A wonderful hotel turned out to be almost ideal for us. Firstly, a convenient location: even if not in the very center, we could easily get to all the main attractions on foot (and despite the delicious food in Samarkand, it's better to walk more). Secondly, a cozy and tidy room. Thirdly, good breakfasts: since they are in the buffet format, you can choose what you like best, and there is no problem eating a hearty meal. A separate bonus is the opportunity to drink tea at any time: you can always boil water in the kitchen, there is a brew, and you can comfortably sit in the courtyard under a canopy, which we enjoyed using. And most importantly, the wonderful owners of the hotel, who helped and met us halfway in everything: they allowed us to check in earlier (there was an early arrival), and gave excellent recommendations on where to eat, and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out (there was a late departure), and in general it was very pleasant to always communicate. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, if you like hiking, then it will be convenient for you to get to the sights, if not, then by taxi very close. A very pleasant courtyard, which has tables under a canopy, as well as a swing, which you can use almost at any time, for example, to drink tea. Cozy, clean, welcoming small hotel in a quiet location. The hotel is located on a small, slightly abandoned street, but you go into a modern place with a cozy garden, with delicious breakfasts and very friendly people who work here and organized everything. There is an inexpensive taxi in Samarkand, so you can always get to any area of the city. Historical places are interesting and good, especially Registan. Souvenirs are not cheap. Impressions from Uzbekistan are only good.

We just left, everything is super, clean, delicious, calm, you can add an electric kettle to the room for tea lovers, but this is not a minus! A very cozy quiet hotel located near the center. The location is in a private mahalla where you can feel the honest atmosphere of the city and the residents who are very friendly and polite.

I was with my wife in May 2023 . A cozy, quiet little family hotel. Your own courtyard with a lawn and fruit trees under the shade of which you can wait out the heat of the day. Service for 5 , breakfast 5 ,rooms are clean and cozy 5 , room cleaning every 2 days. The location is very convenient , there is no noise and bustle of the central streets and avenues . All the sights are 10 -20 minutes by taxi or 30-40 minutes in the heat . 7 minutes walk from the hotel and you will enjoy the taste of real Samarkand pilaf. The owner of the hotel is a very good-natured, helpful person, it was nice to meet you. I will definitely come to the same hotel

Wow!
Clean, quiet, cozy, affordable! Delicious, varied breakfasts - scrambled eggs, sausages, dairy, fruits, tea biscuits, cheese and snacks.
A great area - good restaurants are a 15-minute walk along quiet streets, parks and Gur Emir are a 20-minute walk away, and there you can walk to Registan in 5 minutes.
And don't be confused by the proximity of the cemetery - you won't notice it at all!!
Chickens live next door, the rooster greets the dawn, but with the windows closed it is hard to hear.
The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, cool bathroom. The mattress is very comfortable - but not to please everyone))

Taxi to any point in Samarkand 80-90r. Rubles and dollars are accepted for payment, a little haggling and you can change the local currency right here. I recommend it, I would love to come back here.

A great new family guest house. Not far from the Registan and the monument to Timur. It takes 10-15 minutes to drive from the airport. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need. There is a kitchen-dining room where breakfast is served in the morning and tea can be enjoyed throughout the day. The host guys are very attentive and responsive. The only disadvantage of this hotel is that it is on a small street and not all taxi drivers know and find it.

A cozy little hotel. The main plus for me is a nice courtyard where you can have breakfast, drink tea, and do your own business. At the end of December, we were always alone in it.
The room is quite nice.

I immediately realized that it would be comfortable and cozy here. I stayed in room 101, the room is clean, newly renovated, compact...For me, 100%! There is a patio where you can sit, bask in the sun, have a delicious breakfast)

Nice, cozy guest house. A very friendly family, we arrived as much as 3 hours earlier than we were supposed to check in, but they hurried and prepared a room for us in just 10 minutes. Comfortable bed, nice well-kept garden. For your money, this is just a great offer.
