The hotel has solved our task (a place for an overnight stay with breakfast and parking) by 100%.
In general, the hotel is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, they will be happy to tell you how and where to get there. There is a swimming pool on site with equipped sun beds and umbrellas, lie down at least all day. Why 3? 1. Wi-Fi works only at the reception desk; 2. The quality of Wi-Fi leaves much to be desired, a simple document takes several minutes to load; 3. The shower in the rooms is poorly equipped, water floods the floor, then you need to go out on the wet floor and all over the room; 4. The food in the restaurant is super simple, without It is very monotonous, so I would not recommend taking Vouchers with dinner included, you can be a little more expensive, but every evening you can eat something special in the restaurants of the city. Once again, in general, the hotel is good, it's okay to spend the night and have breakfast. There is also a good bar on site, the food is delicious and not expensive, the drinks are comparable to the prices in the shops. There is a void next to the hotel!!! That is, there is nothing at all. The beach is 5-7 minutes away at a relaxed pace, the beach is rocky.
I liked the hotel. Corresponds to "3*" completely (excellent price/quality ratio). The breakfasts are beyond praise - a good variety, everything is fresh and delicious (hot dishes, snacks, desserts, pastries, fruits and drinks are all at your disposal for breakfast). But I advise you to have dinner at the hotel bar (reasonable prices and delicious). Responsive staff.
I strongly advise you not to save money and take a room not lower than the "STANDARD" - there will be a shadow side (we even managed without air conditioning), a great view from the window (beautiful, well-groomed territory).
Excellent location - walking distance to the sea. By the way, the beach and the bottom are rocky - immediately buy swimming slippers :) In addition, the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful village (there is no feeling that you live in an anthill).
Of the conditional (!) disadvantages of the hotel, the Germans chose it. Well, that's if the Germans settled next to you (yes, yes, yes! it is the Germans). Ugly behavior, noise and drunkenness at night. When contacting the hotel administration, the problem is solved quickly enough. The second "minus" is if you are a poor and light sleeper.
