Saat Kule Kafeterya is located on the shore of the Bosphorus, near the Dolmabahce Clock Tower. The cafe seemed quite decent on the whole. In any case, it is quite possible to drink coffee with buns before a walk around the palace complex. An additional bonus is a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus. Prices are generally reasonable...

TERRIBLE!!! service. Complete disregard, biased attitude, the waiters themselves are eating and do not even fit! The wrong dishes were brought!
