Air conditioning system in the hotel. Whatever is written on the website of the hotel and tour operators, it is NOT individual in the rooms. I specially bought a two—room room to be able to set different temperatures - the plan failed. Moreover, the temperature of 22-23C is centrally set in ALL rooms, and no matter how much you set on the thermostat on the wall of the room, after a short time it returns to the centralized values. In fairness, two days of negotiations with all the specialists at the hotel brought results and centrally set the required temperature in our room. 3. All inclusive in the format "some things are included, and the rest is for the dough". Yes, breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant in the "buffet" format. Then it comes to the ridiculous. For example, in the pool bar, the entire range of All Inc products can be obtained only from 11 to 18. Or Heineken in bottles is included, but draught is not. And there are many similar examples of incomprehensible logic, which irritates significantly. 4. Crooked staff or an incorrectly functioning order accounting system. I don't know what was really there, but it was like that. I ordered food to the room, the card payment did not go through, and only dollars were in cash. He persuaded bell-boy, though, he says, the commission and all that. Okay. And then it turned out that this order was hanging on the number unpaid. In general, there are many places where for the same money (rather big, I must say) you can get the best service, all other things being equal.
