The hotel made a pleasant impression. Great location, if you are in Astana for the first time, this is the place where everything is close, many attractions are within walking distance. I advise you to take an improved room. I lived on the 13th floor, the views are amazing. Excellent staff, breakfasts are quite sufficient, everything you need is there. You can pay with a Mir card. There is a SPA with a swimming pool. I would have come back here.

The Saad Hotel in Astana is certainly a spectacular place! The design is impressive, everything is beautiful and stylish. I would say that this is one of the most beautiful hotels I've been to. The staff is very polite, always ready to help and answer any question.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last few years. A good location near several shopping centers, opposite the opera and Ballet theater. The hotel is comfortable, friendly staff, clean rooms. We are always ready to help, take care of the client. The breakfast is delicious, the room service menu has recently changed for the better, so if you do not want to go out, then you can eat quite tasty in the room. I recommend this hotel

Nice hotel! Good location, between two shopping malls within walking distance. I liked the breakfasts, there is a small room with exercise equipment, there is a swimming pool. The room is cleaned regularly, unlike the hallway.

Great hotel. You can pay with a Mir card. Excellent service. There is a large selection of dishes for breakfast, there is white fish, ham, cheeses, pickles. You can choose between scrambled eggs or an omelet. Very nice view from the room. There is an iron and ironing board in the room. Of the cons, the windows in the room are very dirty, which is difficult to take photos and not comfortable pillows.

I strongly do not recommend the hotel. An outright divorce. We looked at the information on the hotel's website in advance, where it was indicated that the room rate includes access to the pool, sauna, hammam, fitness. We booked a room, after which we received an SMS message that the pool was closed until August 8. After that, they clarified by phone whether the pool would work on August 9, to which the affirmative answer was given that on August 9 everything would work both the pool and the spa. We stopped by, a nice girl at the reception informs us that the pool is not working, but we can visit the sauna and hammam. It's not pleasant, but we stayed. We were charged 100% payment. We go down to the spa, again the sweet girl informs us that neither the sauna nor the hammam are working. It's disgusting. Frankly, they are misleading with cute smiles. I definitely do not recommend it. If you want to spoil the mood, then come here.

The staff work for 5+, breakfast is good, but you have to go before 8.30, then there is a lot of choice. The numbers are tired, but I can find fault. The standard room is spacious, has everything you need, a gorgeous view from the window. Everything is very clean, cleaned well, settled immediately.

A great hotel for your money. In 2022, the owners ended their cooperation with the Marriott network. In my opinion, it got a little worse, but it's not critical at all and the price is excellent.
The hotel is located next to Khan Shatyr, if you are lucky, you can rent a room with a view of Khanatyr, the former KMG building and the Astana Opera.
Very good breakfasts.
If it is possible to conclude a corporate contract, then you will also receive discounts.

Nice hotel. A good location. The windows don't open. There are breakfasts. I recommend calling a taxi at the point of location of the entrance to the hotel, and not at the address, otherwise taxis come from the other side, then look for a long time and explain, or you need to pass decently. The Saad Hotel, aka the former Marirot. ☆☆☆☆☆. We lived in a room on the 13th floor, overlooking the Hanshater shopping center, the view is awesome. The room has a shower, There is everything for a comfortable stay. Iron, ironing board. A minibar. Safe deposit. The breakfasts are delicious, but not wow. Friendly staff, Quick check-in and check-out. We were satisfied)).

One of the worst hotels in terms of service.
No one is in a hurry, everything is done untimely.
Maybe this is the specifics of the service in Kazakhstan, but still I think they just don't have a smart manager who would put everything in its place.
Pulls a maximum of 3 stars.
And do not be fooled by the beautiful interior, the cleaners do not clean, dust, dirt and other remnants from previous guests are everywhere on the cabinets and beds.

The hotel is good. But the service failed. We have to explain every day what is included in our tariff. We had dinners with vouchers (10 t tenge per person) and for the first two days we had to knock out vouchers at the reception. Otherwise, everything seems to be fine.

For a hotel of this level, I can only give 4 stars out of 5. When checking in, there were no shower gels - I had to call and ask. The room cards are constantly demagnetized. The lunch box at the check-out was without water. There is a lot to grow and improve the quality of service.
