I think for restaurants that host banquets, it is necessary to train waiters in professional service.
In order to ask for water, you had to get up and go to the waiter, or you had to look for waiters all over the room.
Also, another disadvantage is that there is no room for newlyweds or a separate room for nursing mothers and children in the restaurant, it is not thought out, but there is a large administrator's room, which looks funny for a long time.
