A great place to relax without children (the hotel is for adults only). Excellent cuisine, nice beach, the hotel rooms are like new. There was a boring animation in the evenings, but I attribute this to the fact that I had a rest in early November, and this is the end of the season. Those who have been here before (in the season) say that everything is fine with animation too. In a word, I recommend it!

We also recommend a spa center with peeling, sauna, steam room, various types of massages. The shows are cool! The sea, the sun... Sunrises, sunsets... Beauty! Güzel! We will definitely come back! And we know that we will be welcomed as dear guests!

Of the cons: there are no toothbrushes and pastes in the rooms, they say this is temporary, but still be prepared for this, the reception does not know how to solve problems, they shift responsibility to each other.
There is also an iron in the hotel for a fee, $ 10.
They said at the reception that they would iron for free when cleaning, but it turned out to be paid))

There were no disadvantages in the hotel itself and rest in it, unlike Turkey itself. We returned to the hotel after the excursions, as if to another country.

Sural Gardane is resting for the first time. From 06/9/2024 to 06/27/2024 I want to immediately note the location of the hotel, not far from the sea, 5 minutes slowly, the sea is clean sand, clean deck chairs, and there are always enough of them, the cleanest beach, I want to mention the food separately, it's just super, every morning and evening, not just spread dishes but also decorate, just everything is so delicious, not there is such a variety of dishes in one of the five, everything is fresh and delicious, bravo to the chefs, all the staff is very friendly, I would like to mention the reception administrator, Tahsin Yayla, always friendly, despite the late arrival at 21.00, we were fed and offered a glass of wine. I would also like to mention the administrator of the hall Kemal, the administrator from the children's club Alina, a clear and very pleasant girl, and our favorite animator, Ferhat spor chef. And most importantly, there are always a lot of sweets and fruits in the restaurant, watermelons, melons, strawberries and everything else. Bed linen is changed every 2 days. But the cleaning, say for three, is not at all. But in general, we really liked it, every evening there is a disco for children and then for adults, live music and a show, the show is just super, everything is very beautiful. We were vacationing in a two-story room, me and my girlfriend and two children. The Sural Sarai Hotel is part of the sural group of hotels. The concept of the hotel is 16+, I personally like it on vacation. The food is excellent, the room stock is good, the animation is good. I can't say anything about alcohol, I'm not interested! The staff is good-natured. The most beautiful thing is the beach and the sea, the sand and the smooth waterfall in the sea!!! There are a lot of sun beds and there are always free ones. But there is a Minus, the canopy from the sun is small squares. Is it really difficult to make a solid strip like other hotels? You move all day under a small square to be in the shade. THE REST WAS A SUCCESS!

We decided to stay here for a week (it seems that this is quite enough for this hotel ) . Let's start with the pros, the rooms are clean , cleaned every day. Bed linen is also changed every day. The rooms have touch panels that regulate the operation of lights , air conditioning , and you can also notify that cleaning is required or vice versa ( do not disturb ) , an icon lights up in the corridor next to your room , this is convenient . There are a lot of places on the territory where you can sit and drink a cocktail. In general, the guys who serve look friendly enough. By the way, few people speak Russian, but some employees know a couple of phrases quite well. Everywhere on the territory is clean , the staff is constantly cleaning . There is a pool that is divided by a bridge, so you can count that 2 pools, they are medium-sized, but rarely anyone swims there and often it is free, there is a lot of this place. There are always sun beds available by the pool , but those under the canopy are not always free ) .. the sea is just around the corner , you just need to go through the pool and two bars. There are a lot of sun beds at sea , only 1/10 of them are occupied. The entrance to the sea is gentle - just perfect, no slabs, no pebbles. The sea is warm and transparent. Every morning on the beach, the young man also does the cleaning. Towels are given out in the morning and until 18 o'clock . You can change it as many times as you want . In the kitchen , there is a lot of food , but not everything can be to your taste . However, there are a lot of fresh delicious vegetables, sweet fruits and a lot of different meat of good quality, we have never watched the staff eat this food with us, and the chefs walk around the hall and check if everything is in order. Beef , chicken , lamb, turkey , duck, by the way, there are not a lot of fresh fish , but a couple of times there were salmon steaks. Cheeses- there are many of them (some of them are delicious). Also sausage cuts . And the most basic thing is their desserts , probably the most tasteless thing there is . They're all exactly the same, even though they look like masterpieces. It is impossible to eat some desserts , I often see people taking different desserts and eating almost nothing . Who will be here, I recommend taking a regular San Sebastian cheesecake. Probably the only thing they make from cottage cheese , and even the baklava is delicious . There is a lobby on the 0 floor , where you can also eat a dessert or fruit , and there is also a separate pastry shop where all the same desserts are served , but there is also ice cream , served in balls , it is top . I recommend. Regarding alcohol , this is also not entirely clear . You can see normal imported alcohol on their windows, but they often make cocktails using alcohol that is under their bar, and there are just cheap analogues, bartenders make cocktails by eye, without using any measuring stacks, respectively, there are not cocktails, but nonsense. If you tell me exactly what to cook and how much to add, then everything will be fine. Therefore, it is better not to choose from their bar menu, but maybe someone will like it. There is a robot in the lobby that delivers cocktails . The entertainment program from 21 to 23 alternates between dancing groups and performances of musical groups. There are many foreigners in the hotel , very few Russians. Most of the Germans are here . Our vacation involved only swimming in the sea, swimming pool and going to eat, so we were satisfied that it was quite calm here. There are no children here, as the hotel is 16+, but if you go to the sea, then everyone is there together. Next to the hotel, if you walk for 10 minutes , there is a pharmacy , a shop , a bazaar with some things . Summing up, I can say that I would not come here a second time, because I do not like to relax in the same hotel, since you already know everything, but I would definitely recommend it to my friends. There are definitely more pluses than minuses.

We arrived yesterday, we were immediately sent for breakfast and after that we were checked into a room, it was free, so we did not wait for 14.00. The beach is very clean, there are a lot of sunbeds. Everything is cleaned and cleaned. Food, drinks are everywhere. Everything is very cultured and well maintained. And I also want to say about sound insulation, it feels like no one lives in the hotel. You can't hear the murmur of water in the neighboring rooms, or other vacationers walking along the corridor. We rest from 19.09-28.09.2024. The hotel is 16+, without screeching, squeaking and screaming of children of different ages, the contingent is 45+, Germans, Poles, Russians... A hotel with a small territory, its own beach, there is a place to walk outside the territory, near a small bazaar, a pharmacy. As for food, as everywhere in Turkey, you can always find something to eat, just not delicious milk porridges and beer in Gorky's bar, but you can take a bottle from the room, refilled every day for free. There are no bathrobes and dental supplies (brushes and paste) in the rooms, we were given them upon request, but we were warned that there would be no more sets. We rested at the end of October in this wonderful hotel, a beautiful beach, a gentle shore, it is convenient to swim, sun beds are always free both on the beach and on the lawn, the food is excellent, there are no comments, fruits of all kinds in the assortment, pastries are very tasty, the only minus is the lack of Wi-Fi in the room and on the beach. I would like to thank the manager Kamil separately, he is a very conscientious person, he could always be found at the reception, all questions can be solved with him, all routes around the city he will tell you how and how to get to the shopping center, he is a very friendly person and helped us solve all our problems. We will only come to this hotel next year.

We rested at the Sural Saray Hotel in July 2022. A wonderful hotel on the first line, a large well-groomed green area, a nice clean swimming pool, has its own sandy beach with a sandy entrance into the water. The sea is magnificent! A huge number of sun beds on the beach, by the pool, on the green lawns, right under the palm trees. A variety of food and drinks, for every taste. There are a lot of fruits. Large two–room room with a balcony overlooking the sea, daily cleaning, daily change of towels, constant change of bed linen and replenishment of bathroom accessories (shampoo gel), bottled drinking water in unlimited quantities. Everything is clean and tidy! There is a pool show in the evenings. Friendly, friendly staff who understand Russian. A wonderful senior manager at the reception is Zamira: attentive, responsive, kind. a professional who can be contacted on any issue. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The hotel itself did not recover, on the very first day, I was upset, there is no repair in it, I think for a long time, it does not pull at five stars in any way.only for three. I don't know why they don't do repairs, but they rip off the money like five dollars. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby and I didn't catch it well, everyone was sitting there. The rooms are ordinary, repairs are required in the bathroom. I'm not going a second time. I don't know if they overpaid the money. With a sea view, they charge five dollars a day. Think, until they make repairs, there's nothing to do there.And we pay for the hotel like five stars.And there were not enough places in the restaurant, tables were waiting for them to be cleaned. I had a rest at the end of August 2021. I liked the hotel. Budget five, without children, 16+. Everything is included. There is no Oriental luxury, but everything you need is there. The rooms are normal, with large balconies, TV with Russian-language channels, refrigerator, air conditioning. The food is quite decent. There is not much seafood, but the usual fish, meat, salads, fruits, vegetables, grilled, pastries, oriental sweets - everything is there. In addition to the main restaurant, there is a small restaurant on the beach. There are several bars - in restaurants, in the lobby, on the veranda, by the pool. Dry white and red wine, drinks, cocktails (not really liked), liqueurs, whiskey, beer. They work until 23 o'clock. Fresh juices and ice cream by the pool in the afternoon.
In the afternoon, animation by the pool, dancing, sports games. In the evening, the pool shows are not repeated during the week.
The first line, right on the shore. The beach is large, free sun beds and canopies, very convenient entrance to the sea.
The territory is well maintained. The Internet is free only downstairs, at the reception, on the veranda and by the pool, it does not reach the floors.
There is a small souvenir shop.
Many of the staff speak Russian, so there are no language problems.
There are minibus stops nearby, where you will be taken to the right place for $ 1. There is a good market and a local travel agency 300 meters away, where there is more choice of excursions and prices are lower than those of agents from the tour operator.
The Hamman sauna and sauna are open for free, and massage services are available for an additional fee.

I returned from Sural Saray hotel the other day and am writing a review. I haven't been to Turkey for a long time, I used to go to European resorts. I assess the changes that have taken place in Turkey as a tourist in general positively. There is clearly more discipline and civility in the service. The fallen Turkish lira makes trips to Turkey quite profitable for Russian tourists. Moreover, the MIR card, even of our sub-sanctioned banks, as of August 2022, is accepted in many large retail outlets. Moreover, the calculation is carried out almost at the exchange rate.
Now for the hotel. The hotel is certainly not 5 stars in terms of level, but also in terms of price. The furniture is modest, but not shabby. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. We originally had a room on the street, but for a symbolic surcharge we managed to get a room with a sea view, although on the 1st floor and the sea view was not the best. However, Germans also met on the same floor. So you can't call it discrimination against Russians. In general, Russians are a massive contingent of this hotel, which in my opinion is not bad. Especially in the current conditions. Since there are many of us, we don't have to worry about possible political excesses. There are several people in the bar and at the reception who speak a little Russian, so there is no special need even for English.
This hotel has close access to the sea – 3 minutes. The hotel territory is small, but very well maintained. The same clean and large sandy beach. You won't see random people and merchants on it. It is all littered with trash cans and workers roam around it, who clean up the garbage and wash the sunbeds. Even a cigarette butt on this beach is a rarity. Sun beds and awnings are free and there are enough of them to always find a place for yourself. The entrance to the sea is gentle, although the water area for swimming is not the largest. The sea is very warm in August. It is clean, but a little less transparent than it was in Majorca and Crete, where the bottom is visible at a depth of several meters. The explanation is simple. There is very fine sand in this place and it is as if dissolved in water. It sparkles in the sun in the water. At the same time, there was no debris and algae in the water. In addition, apparently due to the presence of sand in the water near the shore there are no jellyfish, which I consider a big plus. You can swim safely. In principle, if you don't look closely, then the sea is no different from Majorca and Cyprus. There is a choice of water attractions. However, the system of changing towels for the beach with handing over and receiving them at different times is quite strange and not very convenient for hiking to the sea in the early morning.
They feed you all day. Breakfast turns into brunch, then lunch, then snacks in bars until 17.00, then dinner. For my rather fastidious level, the food in the hotel is not bad. The food is of high quality, there is always normal meat and there is often a good fish, such as pink salmon (or something like that). Good coffee and traditional Turkish tea. At the same time, the choice of really tasty dishes is very poor, breakfasts differ little by day. Cream soups are often none, there are no porridges (but in vain), there are few normal side dishes. The fruits are good. I don't eat sweets. In general, the average normal diet, but there is something to improve.
In my opinion, the selection of drinks in bars is very decent, although it varies from bar to bar. Cocktails, however, do so-so. In bars and restaurants, you can take free bottles of water to the room as much as you need. There is already a water supply in the room at the entrance.
The restaurant and bars have good service. The staff is friendly and well-trained. I have never noticed any signs of ethnic preferences. In some reviews, there was a theme of a large number of flies. Yes, there are, it didn't seem to me that there are more of them than in any other hotel.
Back to the room. There is a small empty refrigerator in it. There is a pretty decent TV on the wall, although the only Russian-language channels that work are the "enemy" Euronews. The safe costs 1 euro per day. The plumbing in the bathroom is quite simple, but decent. The rooms are cleaned cleanly. Towels and bed linen make a good impression, although I would not call the bed and pillows the most comfortable. The room is bright, but in the evening there is a little lack of lighting and you need to understand the principles of operation of sockets and switches. The air conditioner is modern and quiet, but blows a little down.
Sural Saray is a hotel for adults and it is quiet, but it may seem boring to some. There is a small promenade for walking. There are a couple of shops in the hotel, but I didn't notice any shops very close to the hotel, which is logical. In principle, you do not need to buy anything more than what is given in the hotel. It takes about an hour to get from Antalya airport to the hotel by transfer.
Perhaps the biggest disadvantage of the hotel is WiFi. He's only at the reception and nearby. At the same time, it is often necessary to set it up again at a new entrance, which requires dancing with tambourines.

Very nice hotel!!!! A small area, kind and helpful staff, food like in good 5* hotels. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea without hurrying. The atmosphere in the hotel is homely. Every day there was an adult and children's disco in the evening, there was no animation in the afternoon, unobtrusive music was just playing around the pool. The hotel is not new, respectively, furniture and renovation for 4 - . Turkish night takes place once a week.

We were recommended a hotel by a travel agency, they said 18+, no children, calmly. It is very quiet here, there is no animation, there is no one to communicate with, since we turned out to be 15 years younger than other vacationers by age)) Russian Russians are very few in the hotel, although the hotel is completely full, Russian Germans are resting here. This is a hotel for Germans))
The service is excellent, it does not pull for five (there is no repair in the rooms, everything is not the first freshness), they are cleaned only when you hang a sign on the room.
The first line to the sea, alcohol in drinks is minimal, 5 grams of alcohol, the rest is juice).
Wi-Fi is only downstairs in the lobby, there is no Internet in the rooms, even for an additional fee.

We stayed at this hotel from 17.10 to 24.10.21
I really liked it. We checked in almost immediately after arrival (we arrived in the morning), the room was clean, there were all accessories in the bathroom. Towels were cleaned and changed every day. There was plenty of food, as there were not very many vacationers. We liked everything we took. Delicious cheese, baklava, fish almost every day, watermelon, melon, plums, grapes are different and very tasty tangerines. Here's breakfast, after four days, I'm a little fed up, we won't eat eggs for a long time now)))).There were decent alcoholic drinks in the lobby. The water, both in the pools and in the taps, is very chlorinated. The sea is gorgeous, warm and the water is clear. The territory is green and well maintained. For a relaxing holiday, that's the thing. We will have a rest in this hotel.

The best place we've been! Excellent cast! 50+-, calm, clean, cozy. The kitchen is good, the animation is good, the sea is nearby, the beach line is full of sand, the sun beds are comfortable. There are no cattle and children. I recommend it for couples and quiet vacations. 5++++++++++++

I stayed at the Sural Saray Hotel from August 22 to September 1, 2021. I am writing based on fresh impressions.
Basically, a normal hotel. Not the worst, and not the best five. But in terms of price-quality ratio, everything is fine.
I am completely satisfied with my vacation.
The rooms are clean, not small. Large balconies. Cleaned daily, towels were changed too. I don't know how often the bed was changed, but it was clean all the time. There was unlimited water, and all kinds of soaps, shampoos, and gels, too. There were slippers. Bathrobes and kettles - no, maybe it's because of covid restrictions.
1st line. A beautiful sandy beach with a very convenient entrance to the sea. Sun beds and canopies are free of charge.
The weather was wonderful all the days, and the sea is just super! The water is 29-30C, you could stay in it for hours.
Quite a decent pool. Not very big, but not small either. Children were not accepted into the hotel, and animators, very groovy, worked all day by the pool for adults. There were all kinds of games in the pool, water polo sessions. They were learning how to dance by the pool. In the evenings, a show was shown every night, without repeating itself for a week.
The Internet is free. There are no rooms, but in the lobby, veranda, by the pool and at the entrance to the hotel there was almost always a good signal level. Sometimes I couldn't get in for a short time, well, maybe half an hour a day, then I showed up again. In short, there is no need to complain about the lack of communication, we did everything we wanted, everything on the Internet.
There are two restaurants, the main one in the lobby and the second one on the beach, open only at lunch. Very tasty tortillas with cheese and spinach were cooked in the beach restaurant.
The food is normal. Fruits were constantly in sufficient quantity, watermelons, melons, peaches, plums, white and black grapes. There are a lot of sweets - cakes, pies, creams, lukum, baklava, very tasty dried apricots and figs.
There are a lot of salads, both spicy and not spicy, constantly fresh herbs in large quantities, several types of olives and olives.
There is not a very large selection of seafood, but constantly fried trout, boiled fish, sometimes crab sticks.
There was no shortage of meat dishes. Chicken, turkey, steaks, something made of veal or lamb.
I can't say that they cooked super tasty, but it's quite normal, high-quality, from fresh products.
And I haven't tried the whole range in 10 days.
Several bars. They are open on the veranda and by the pool until midnight. There is always tea, coffee, cocktails, drinks. After lunch, fresh juices and ice cream by the pool.
The wine is dry red and white, the most common, it is quite drinkable. I didn't like the cocktails very much, there was too much juice, I didn't feel the taste. Although, perhaps, this is done specifically so that there are low-alcohol drinks. Therefore, men preferred whiskey with ice, and women preferred baileys liqueur. But I haven't seen anyone drunk in all 10 days.
There were no problems with the staff, they are polite, they respond to requests. At the reception, the woman speaks excellent Russian, the rest are average, but within sufficient limits to solve all the issues.There are no problems with the language at all, there is always someone nearby who knows Russian.
There is a Hamman sauna and a sauna. The only thing I didn't really like was that beach towels are given out in the morning from 8 to 10 o'clock, and they are taken back from 16 to 18-30, the rest of the time you have to persuade.
There is a minibus stop next to the hotel, where for $ 1 you will be taken where you need to go. Going back is also not a problem, show the bracelet or name the hotel, and they will tell you which minibus to take, they will take you directly to the hotel.
There is no need to go far for shopping and souvenirs. About 250-300 meters away is the Sural Bazzar market, almost everything that a tourist may need is there, it works late, at least until 23 o'clock.
I would like to say separately about excursions. I was warned before the trip that the excursions from the hotel guides are too expensive, and it is necessary to take them from local travel agencies. And so it turned out.
I didn't really like the travel agent from the tour operator. The prices are high, he does not give descriptions of the excursions, only tells them in words, and even not every tour will get you. I took one tour from him.
And then I found a small local travel agency next to the same Sural Bazzar market, right across the street. There is a sign "Travel Agency" right in Russian and a Russian-speaking guy works there. Everything is there, and photos and descriptions of excursions in Russian. He is very pleasant, he will tell you everything in detail, explain everything. The prices are two times lower than those of the tour operator, and the excursions are more interesting and not so tedious. It is open at any time until midnight. I took two excursions from him and was very pleased. The difference between this travel agency and the tour operator is about $ 25-30.
On the way back, our flight was delayed for three hours, but it's not the hotel's fault.
In general, I think that for my money I got a wonderful vacation and I rate the hotel perfectly!

Not a bad hotel.
The usual budget 5*, not hi-fi.
A quiet hotel with a small territory, manicured lawns where you can walk directly to the beach.
Pool 1, a separate children's slide with a tiny pool, went with my daughter 6 years old once, the queue of children, although small, but constant, sliding into the pool you risk, if you hesitate, someone will crash, a very small space.
There are not enough sun beds near the main pool, you need to come early to take a seat. Many throw towels and go to the beach, hang out by the pool after lunch.
Queues at the cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we went early for breakfast and later for lunch and dinner, everything is normal. The food is the same, you can choose to eat.
The animation is minimal, every day there is the same disco by the pool for children, there is a room where you can leave the kids to draw, there is also a slide nearby.
If you just take a break from the hustle and bustle, and no frills, then it's just right.

Pros: beautiful sea, gentle entrance, sun beds on the beach, good sound insulation in the rooms, daily cleaning
Cons: I join all previous reviews on food issues.
We were fed chicken ventricles and incomprehensible stew with vegetables for three days. There is really no meat, and what is served is diluted with vegetables.
It wasn't on the grill. The fish appeared on the 4th day and then one species.
There were long breaks between meals, the last cafe with local donuts closed at 16h, and dinner was only at 19h.
The duration was also not pleasant, lunch from 12.30 to 14h, while there is a huge queue from 12h, dinner from 19 to 21h. Similarly, with dinner. There are queues everywhere!
We tried to find a cafe for dinner on the first day because we arrived late, so there are none 😣
Most exercise equipment does not work in the gym, it is impossible to work out on a treadmill and an ellipse.
Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, there are not enough seats
The hotel draws a maximum of 3 stars, but costs as much as 5(
I strongly advise against it if you really want to relax in comfort with an all-inclusive system

The hotel is 18+, but in fact it is more like 55+. The hotel is quiet, having fun by the pool every evening. There is no youth disco. It is suitable for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed at this hotel with a child in October. I liked almost everything.
The sea is wonderful, Some were bitten by fish, but not once. The beach is big, there are a lot of sun beds, but the sand could be sifted, a lot of pebbles come across, and cigarette butts from our compatriots.
The rooms are good, everything worked in them. We got 436, we paid an extra $20 for checking in early. The linen was changed every other day, towels every day, but the floors are poorly washed
The aunt at the reception is burnt, impudent, with dark hair, which slightly spoiled the atmosphere of the vacation
The food is like everywhere else, no one went hungry, well, we didn't go there to eat.

A 5* hotel does not pull. There are much better 3-star hotels in our Anapa. The sea is wonderful. We rested from 04.07. To 11.07. Firstly, it does not work out 6 days, 7 nights, because We arrived on the 4th evening, there was only dinner, we left on the night of 10.11, i.e. we did not have breakfast on the 11th. The room is terrible, it has not been repaired for a long time. There is rust around the sink, the mirror and the toilet have not been washed more than once. The bed is made of stone, I got up every morning with back pain. The refrigerator is old, not working and it did not stink clearly, the cabinet doors moved with difficulty. The boy cleaning the room made a heart out of the bedspread, allegedly cleaned it. When we arrived, there were few people for two days, and then the flow began... There is no place to find in the dining room, sun beds on the beach need to be occupied at a little light. Food is a separate article. Minced mutton is something, liquid salads are not clear with what! There was not enough fruit for everyone. In general, I do not advise anyone to go!!!

We arrived at the hotel on July 1 in the morning, had breakfast, and we were immediately checked into a room on the 3rd floor. The room is standard, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The best thing about this hotel is the sea, the beach is wide, the entrance to the sea is excellent. That's where all the good things end!!! There is no animation from the word at all!!! The territory is small, but there are a lot of people. There are always long queues, we went to the beach at 6-30 in the morning to take a seat (and we were far from the first). The food is terrible: offal and fried minced meat. The only thing that was delicious was grilled Fish, and then if you have the patience to stand in line for 20 minutes. There's a coffee queue in the morning. Everything would be fine if the hotel was 3*, this is understandable, but they declare 5 * and vacationers are shocked, because they paid money for 5. Young people do not need to go there at all, they will die of boredom. For a resort in Turkey and a 5* hotel, it's a shame!!!!
