You forgot the receipt, write an application where your passport will be scanned and when asked why to scan the document, they will answer that for the application, all of a sudden, I liked everything in another workshop where I was there, because in another service there is a database where you can find the order and even if you forget the receipt, they have a duplicate and in basically without a passport, etc. Roughly speaking, a company with such approaches to customers should not work the way it does now. There was only one anger left. It is better not to waste time on them and turn to another workshop where they will make you better and your soul will be at peace.
I brought the keys for diagnosis and repair because I closed the power supply, they turned on, but the sound quality changed. I brought it along with the cord for connecting to the combo. When I gave it away, I indicated that they were working, but the sound was bad. A month later, they call and say there's a problem in the power supply chain. You'll have to pay 75 rubles for repairs. Then they spent another half month trying to find the power supply. Well, it's okay, the keys are old, it's problematic. I came to pick it up, they only give me the keys without the cord, and they say you didn't give it to us, we would have marked it. I brought them and connected the sound as it was before the repair and it remained the problem was not solved and the cord was not returned! Even under warranty, I won't be able to fix it, I'd rather contact another service.
At 9:05 a.m. I call the company on the phone. They answer me. I say: we need to make a gadget for a laptop. They ask — which one? I name the model. They say: 45 rubles, the ready time is an hour, depending on the workload.
At 9:40 I go to the store. I say: we need to make an engraving. I'm giving you a laptop. They say the price is 50 rubles. The ready time is 12 hours, not 10:40. The master will be here only by 11:00.
No one told me about it on the phone. As a result, I wasted half an hour of time to find out what I could have safely said in advance.
