A chic hotel, very clean, quiet around, cozy, large rooms, a large bathroom, there is a terrace with gazebos, you can have a snack there or sit in the evening with a beautiful light, Chacha is free at the bar. Beautiful garden with tables. A new area, around a high-rise, a park, expensive restaurants. One of the disadvantages is that for me personally, the location is not convenient, I had to take a taxi, and the pillow is not comfortable, it is too hard. But this is my personal disadvantage! Price/cleanliness/service - I recommend it!

A great hotel at the junction of Vake and Saburtalo. Summer garden, swimming pool, massage. There are breakfasts. The dishes are completed according to your choice. The staff is very friendly, hospitable, and speak Russian. I recommend.

5 stars for the wonderful people we met here!!! They helped with the payment, a beautiful girl at breakfast, a sweet adult girl who cooked breakfast, caring guys at the reception and sincere conversations with the owner. The hotel has only breakfasts, which must be chosen in the evening. Choose more modestly)) otherwise, you will have to add a table to accommodate the entire breakfast. There's a restaurant across the street, but I never got to go to it. It's very nice that you wished me a happy birthday.

I am very glad that we stayed here according to the reviews. Very polite and friendly hosts, clean and cozy room, excellent outdoor veranda with a mini garden of plants and flowers. There were few visitors, there was no noise, everything was necessary (slippers, consumables, gels, etc.), delicious breakfasts (you need to order in advance at the reception). We will definitely come again if we are in Tbilisi

Excellent service. Immediately after booking, the manager contacted and clarified the time of arrival, whether he needed help with the transfer and other pleasant things.

A detailed tour, clear quick explanations on the use of the safe and TV in the room. A welcome glass of wine and a sincere toast. Winter garden, outdoor terrace, which also serves as a smoking area.
A swimming pool and a couple of exercise machines help to keep yourself in good shape when you have to work from the hotel. WiFi is good speed.
Tea is constantly available in the cafe on the 3rd floor. Cooler. There is also a bottle of water in the room every day.
Delicious varied breakfast according to the assortment.
In the room there is a bathrobe, slippers, soap accessories.
Space lovers will appreciate the high ceilings in the room and large windows (there are blackout curtains). If you do not like feather beds, then you will be satisfied with the mattress. Sleep comfortably. King size bed
There were doubts about how noisy the neighborhood with the construction site would be - it could not be heard at all. But the proximity to the main street with cafes and shops is very convenient.

We had a family vacation in June 2022. Many thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and assistance in any matter you ask. Special thanks to David, who was in touch from the first minutes of booking and, despite the problems with payment cards, waited for us without canceling the reservation, despite the late check-in, advised us on all issues of interest, starting from Georgian cuisine and ending with the most affordable ways to move around the city, provided a local SIM card with the Internet. The room is cozy, clean, with all necessary accessories. After long walks around the city, it was nice to relax in the warm pool. The breakfast assortment is not large, but it is quite satisfying and even more than enough, besides, we were constantly offered an additive. Special thanks to the hotel owner, who, while waiting for the tea to heat up for his wife, treated her to a wonderful Georgian tea during a sincere conversation.

A very warm welcome. A couple of drops of chacha on a rainy day immediately improved my mood and did not allow me to catch a cold. The number matched what was in the photos. The ideal location for those who are going to apply or pick up a passport at the Consulate of the Russian Federation. Nearby is the chic Vake Park, where you can walk and breathe clean air. There is its own kitchen, but I haven't tried it. But I tasted khachapuri, hashi and khinkali in a nearby restaurant around the corner.

Staying at the hotel left wonderful memories and feelings. We were pleased with the professional and at the same time very good-natured reception. The hotel is not big, but very cozy, clean. The distance from the center only adds charm to life among the local population. The place is quiet and not far from the metro, a park, a bank and a wonderful restaurant.
