It is a must-visit, a very spectacular market, but designed exclusively for tourists. Locals buy and eat at another market with a beautiful wavy roof of colorful tiles, which is located in the Gothic quarter, closer to the sea.
This is the best thing my eyes have seen and my receptors have felt. I have never eaten such delicious foods... Perhaps someone will say that somewhere there is better, tastier, but I am glad that I lost my gastronomic virginity here! I recommend it to everyone.
The Boqueria market is a whole kingdom of food. You can just go here on excursions, which, however, is practiced. Here you can buy everything from spices to the freshest lobster, from smoothies to any whole fruit. There are a lot of restaurants here where you can try everything that is for sale. In my opinion, a must-visit in Barcelona. :)
Expensive, but colorful and beautiful. Oysters for 7 euros for three pieces are delicious and fresh. If you want to buy a fruit at home, it's better to do it at the supermarket.
