We ordered a banquet on the 2nd floor in January. It was very cold in the hall, I had to sit in outerwear, it was not pleasant, since it was a holiday and I wanted to look accordingly, and not like sitting in jackets at the train station. After a few comments, the air conditioner was turned on for heating. The service itself is on 3. The music was playing very loudly in the hall, despite the fact that no one was dancing. It was not possible to communicate.
