we approach the store on May 8, a lady smokes near it (God forgive me) and with a very arrogant look says "wait here", like we have to wait for her to finish smoking!? the service is at the highest level. after that, I was not too lazy to turn around and go to another store. I understand that this employee doesn't care about sales, but maybe the management will at least read it.
