You can buy everything fresh and in any quantity at the market. I took oysters 2 times, they are beautiful. Sea flounder is very tasty, for those who have never taken it, I recommend trying it, as well as the stingray, we took a small stingray, it has very tender meat. The restaurants behind the market will cook everything, the prices are about the same. For 1 kg of fish - 6 GEL, but oysters were opened for 1 GEL for 1 piece, and somewhere they were opened for 2 GEL. We ate in the farthest restaurant on the right, there were fewer people on the terrace, they cooked very tasty

While in Batumi, we wanted to eat fresh fish and seafood. We were recommended to the local fish market. Everything is purchased on site and prepared there. You will not have to look for anything, entering the pavilion, you will be asked to choose and buy seafood and you will be escorted to a nearby restaurant. There are men from every restaurant in the market who do this. I would recommend buying everything you want on the market yourself and going to the restaurants yourself, they are located at the back of the market and choosing the one you like.
There is a choice on the market for every taste and purse.
We gave 50 lari for one dorado, one trout and a kilogram of smelt. You will need to pay separately for cooking fish in the cafe.
