A nice and peaceful place for a simple vacation. There is a small pier and a place where you can sit with a fishing rod, row boats to swim around and take pictures of water lilies. You can walk through the pine undergrowth and pick mushrooms, berries, spiders and ticks, dead wood for a campfire. For connoisseurs, there is a good-quality sauna and cold water in the river nearby. Near each house there is a barbecue, a grill for meat, a cauldron, you only need coal and the ability to make a fire.
Within walking distance there is a shop with a small selection of products and a large selection of alcohol (a separate 4-meter rack is allocated). The houses themselves are quite comfortable, cozy, there was no dampness and mustiness, there is a living refrigerator, microwave, TV and kettle. There is a comfortable toilet and shower in a separate building.
It is worth considering that apart from the river and the forest, there are no other entertainment there. In case of bad weather and a closed store, you will be bored. The Internet catches, but the speeds are not that high. Do not take children with you if you are not going to entertain them. Board games, cards, and other entertainment that you bring with you are perfect.
DO NOT take portable speakers or other loud music sources. You will not be alone there and your musical tastes will not match 100% with the tastes of other vacationers. Respect other people and don't spoil the mood for yourself and your loved ones.

We wanted to celebrate our husband's anniversary in silence and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The choice fell on the "Fishing yard". The company has 14 people. We had a five-point rest in two days. The sauna is just great. All the guests liked the ear with golushki and fried fish. The owner is very simple and without problems. Everyone left under the impression. The rest turned out to be very emotional. I recommend.

Positive:beautiful nature, clean bedding, comfortable beds, warmth (we were in a slight frost), sauna.
Cons: there is a mess everywhere, if you rent the house itself completely, then the owner of the house lives with you all this time (on the 1st floor behind the living room wall).

We rented a house for 4 people, the prices are very adequate, the houses are clean, cozy, each house has a summer porch, toilet, shower are clean, the territory is quiet without shouting and loud music, the pier is in poor condition.

I'm telling you from the very beginning.
1. Booked from Wednesday to Saturday (3 days), the man said that everything was OK, he would send a questionnaire, in the end he did not send anything and when they called again, he allegedly said that everything was over again, and then remembered and as a result only from Thursday to Saturday.
2. The provided house in the trash (collected in the corners)
Probably the advantage of the house were normal beds, a working refrigerator, microwave and dishes, HOUSES WITHOUT A TOILET AND SHOWER, EVERYTHING IS SEPARATE, EVERYTHING WORKS, DIRTY AND THE WATER IS HOT ONLY IN THE SHOWER.
3. The masonry (bridge) from which we could fish was broken and did not inspire confidence with every step.
4. Fishing shit (it is from the fishing yard) The reviews on the site about fishing are good, they tell as if the bite is eternal, as a result, one man said that since Monday and only a small catch, we caught a trifle, otherwise silence and boats often ride nearby, thereby scaring the fish.
5. The owner himself is very strange, you can not rest at night, you can not bring guests to the house, although the house is rented for a day, and not from a person (which is indicated by a sign on the site) in general, the attitude, etc. turned out to be bad about the owner, I did not want to conflict, he would not have mastered the TRAPEZE.

Thank you for an impeccable stay, "Rybatsky Dvor", this is a great place to relax, especially when you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and want to relax in nature, barbecue, steam in the sauna and of course go fishing. It is very pleasant that the houses have everything you need: a comfortable bed, TV, microwave, kettle, dishes and much more. Special thanks for the bream you cooked, it's incomparable, it's tastier than anything you've ever eaten!!! I really didn't want to leave. The pastime is at the highest level!!! We had a rest with a large group of friends, we really liked everything: the nature, the pier, the opportunity to go boating, and the atmosphere in general. The kitchen deserves special attention. We had a fish day, a large number of different dishes were prepared, each of which was incomparable. I definitely recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The language does not turn to call a fishing yard, the pier is in terrible condition, the fish does not bite at all from the word, near the house and in general it is dark on the territory, you have to walk with headlamps for two days.
