I bought winter sneakers at the Rylko store in the Gallery shopping center in December 2024. A month later, these shoes have completely turned into trash!!!! This is despite the fact that shoes were practically not worn, because I drove a car, and at work I wore different shoes. It feels like the sole is made of plasticine, all trampled like a pancake and peeled off. I returned them to the store, where they were taken away for examination. After due time, no one contacted me. I had to call the store myself and ask what about my shoes, to which the employee turned out to be incompetent in this matter, she said she didn't know anything and another employee would dial me tomorrow. In the evening, she's still a Miracle! She called back, apparently consulted with other employees and told them to come for the money. When I returned these sneakers, I bought more of the same sneakers from them for cash, since I liked this model in principle, but the employee began to warn me that these might turn out to be such, i.e. the sellers in the store do not hide themselves, but make it clear that they are selling junk! but I bought them and decided to wait for the examination to show about the first ones. So, when they told me to come for the money, because the shoes were defective, I decided that I didn't want to take any chances and decided to hand over these sneakers, because I hadn't worn them and it hadn't been another 14 days. When I came to the store to get the money, these employees didn't seem to understand anything at all and did something wrong.
For the first sneakers, I had a cashless payment, but 2 weeks later the money did not come to the card, and after my call to the bank, the bank said that there were no refunds or transactions from the store and they would sort it out. It's a good thing I still have the receipt and I was checking if the money was returned to the card, otherwise it would have remained in the store. And when I returned the second pair of the same sneakers, TK decided not to take any chances, since the employees themselves dissuaded me from buying, they told me that they did not have any cash and I had to call them and ask if I could come and return the shoes and if they had money in the cash register!! As a result, I had to drive 100 km back to their store! When I came to pick them up, the seller didn't bother to say hello and went to the back room with her head held high to get the money. There were also no apologies for the inconvenience. So those who want to save their time, money and nerves, I advise you to avoid this store.
I bought winter boots at Rylko.
After some time, the socks (~ 5 times) found a seam tear on one shoe. The seller sent it for examination, where they could not recognize it as a manufacturing defect due to the absence of a piece of the lower seam thread. If something is missing, then everything is ok. Special thanks to LLC "Forensic Expert Board".
The money was not returned.
I used to think shoes were good, I bought them more than once, but such treatment of a customer is not acceptable to me.
