In the center, next to the road. If the windows are on the road, it will be noisy, with the windows open, the soothing bubbling noise of the river will be on the river, but it will be humid in the room. The price tag for the room is humane by Russian standards, the standard is 2500r, but without breakfast. There's a cafe across the street where you can eat.

Nice hotel. The rooms are large and clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I was comfortable and pleased to be here!
