No Pros only Cons! In fact, they are the biggest Con!! This company should be avoided at all costs! It offers cheap, low-quality products and very bad service.
To make matters worse they are dishonest and do not honour their website promise to give "100% satisfaction!"
I ordered what should have been a romantic display of red roses. What was delivered was of poor quality, not fresh and arrived in cheap unattractive grey paper! The lady was naturally disappointed, upset and angry. In trying to create a good impression I was left feeling embarrassed and, humiliated. I contacted the after-sales and complained. Naturally, I was never going to accept a replacement bouquet and requested a refund. I was offered a miserly 5% refund! Was this in some way supposed to make up for the distress and disappointment, not to mention the damage to my credibility? I received absolutely no sympathy or satisfaction from someone by the name of Mary Miller who is the Customer Relations manager. I don't know if they know what customer relations is or what good quality looks like! I am quite happy to show them and share what the lady did eventually receive! Finally, to add insult to injury I was accused of "enrichment" in wanting and expecting a full refund! Never have I felt so angry or insulted by any company that I have bought products from and will not be using this company again. I would advise others to avoid it! There are plenty of competitors out there. I was able to source an outstanding display of superior quality and presentation for the same price! I was more than delighted and so was the lady! What a pity it was that the lady herself had to recommend where I should buy her own flowers!! Fortunately, I was able to rescue my credibility and reputation by using a local and reputable florist but I am afraid your reputation is damaged forever and so do not deserve to be in business if you treat your customers in this way. I say it again, AVOID! Dishonest and not reputable. Footnote: So it says here the idea of reviews is "to help others choose!" Choose very carefully, people! Cowboys and amateurs posing as florists still ride the streets of the internet. This was one bad experience I never want to repeat!!

Great service. Delivery is in time and they also provide photos of bouquet and the confirmation of delivery. I have been quite happy with them since few years now. Going to keep order again.
