A decent guest house. Ruslan and Naira are very nice hosts. Cozy equipped rooms with shower and bathroom, clean and pleasant unmade bed. The kitchen area has everything you need, many cook for themselves. A sufficient number of refrigerators + each room has its own. A comfortable relaxation area, high-quality chairs, sun loungers, a clean swimming pool in case of bad weather at sea. The sea is 10-15 minutes away at a calm pace. Near pharmacies, bus stop (buses to Pitsunda, Gagra, new Athos), food outlets, shops, cafes with live music. I'm not ashamed to recommend this place. A place for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
We had a rest from July 29 to August 9.A great hotel, for your money. Laundry is washed for free, the territory is clean, cleaned every day. The room was cleaned once during this time. It's really a long way from the sea, especially if you are with children, it takes about 25 minutes to walk. Rooms on the second floor with carpet, tiles on the ground floor, air conditioning in each room, amenities. A gorgeous courtyard with flowers, although not very large. There is a swing, barbecue, outdoor kitchen. The food in the local cafes is monotonous and very greasy. Dining room number two, which is located almost by the beach, is much better and more diverse than dining room number 2 (they are called that;) there are brand new hotels along Shahumyan Street, if you need full comfort, look for Eva Victoria, or consider hotels on the first line, there is also a 4-star hotel nearby or it is a boarding house. The beach is sand turning into pebbles. The beach line is really very wide, but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas. Those places of rest on the beach that are set cost 1 tr per day, but the whole day on the beach is very hard. I did not like the lack of local fruits, and the drive ones are more expensive than ours in Moscow, the watermelons were not tasty. If you do not want to regret the tour, arrange with the taxi driver, the result will take you and bring you for the same money, but avoiding uninteresting and even lengthy trips to wine tasting, cheeses and honey, you also save time. Next time we will definitely go to Ldzaa, there is a pine grove half the shore, in the heat it is the best place to sleep and rest. I read before the trip that it was a budget place. No, the rest is like in Turkey 3-4 * for money. The antiquity itself is very rich in beautiful places and interesting structures, caves, waterfalls.
