Terrible attitude towards klien.
We booked three seats, arrived in an hour - there are no seats, we sold them. As an excuse for the "type" glitch of the program, although it was ordered through the administrator.As a result, no compromise was offered, the evening was ruined.
We left a review in the complaint book, I hope they will do something for the future.

The only cinema in the city, so it's better than nothing.
Among the advantages:
- new and relevant movies and cartoons are available;
- they promise 3D;
- the prices are average (but with all the disadvantages, even this is expensive).
Minuses:
- the comfort of the chairs in the halls is minimal: the rows are too close (the legs rest), the armrests are common to neighboring chairs;
- booking a ticket + 20 rubles.;
- it is impossible to buy (or book) a ticket for another day, except today;
- they can cancel the session if less than 5 tickets have been sold (they have already been canceled with 8 visitors);
- save on ventilation (the hall is stuffy);
- there is only one cloakroom attendant and if the room is full, then it will take a long time to hand over / receive outerwear;
- prices in the "cafe" near the cinemas are sky-high by local standards (it's easier to go down to the first floor to the supermarket, except for popcorn).
