I can't figure out what the electronic queue is for. If the first checkout, where parcels are received and sent, accepts payments without sending the parcel. There are 5 more cash desks, accept payments there if no one is sending parcels . I go to the post office three times a day to receive and send, Why do I have to wait for payments to be made at the first checkout, there are five people at home . If the first cashier handles transfers and parcels, the point of an electronic queue is, because when you come to the Bank, you choose to rely on currency exchange , for example , you do not go to the cashier for payments.
So do the job right, otherwise the electronic queue system is not working. People on the parcels have nothing but indignation .
Although the queue is electronic, there are many cash registers for service, but not all the specialists are in their place, it's just a matter of minutes to get a transfer.There was a queue for almost an hour, with five cash desks operating.There are comfortable seating areas in the hall where you can wait your turn.I do not recommend it, it is better to choose a smaller compartment, it will be faster.
How slowly and unhurriedly the staff work here - you feel like you're getting old... And a non-working electronic queue is the highlight on the cake.
