The best post I've been to. There are no queues. Polite staff. I was surprised by this in a small town. Even in Minsk, I have not seen anything like this in the offices of Belpost.

The system of operation of Belpost itself in Belarus is outdated by 20 years. If this state-owned organization had a competitor, Belpost would have gone bankrupt long ago
