Nice hostel with very pleasent service. Beautifull inner garden, our room was clean and tidy with good bathroom. Beryany at breakfest is something special to try!

I really liked the hostel. We rented a separate room with a bathroom. Everything is very clean, pleasant. The toilet is clean. And most importantly, it's quiet, but it's in a double room, I don't know how in the common ones. The only thing you probably need for blankets are pillowcases. They don't seem to change. The only negative that was noticed. I was very pleased with the presence of a good hair dryer. Wifi works without interruptions. In the morning they give breakfast: porridge, cheese, sausage, egg. You can ask for coffee. They will do it without any problems. A very pleasant administrator, a polite girl, will tell you everything, tell you. Thank you.
And a very close location to the center. In three to five minutes.
The price-quality ratio is excellent for this hostel.

A great, clean room for four. A delicious breakfast - porridge and scrambled eggs and goodies for tea. Friendly staff. The receptionist not only showed everything and told us about the hostel, but also shared where to have a snack, what to see first and even shared a printed map, since we did not download it right away. In general, both we and the children have very positive impressions.

For my money, a great hostel, I rented a room for myself, where there were 3 beds. I put 4 stars for the fact that when I called, there was one price on the booking, then after my call it went up by 3 dollars ... from the minus, a strange solution in the bathroom, with some towels on the floor (it is better to remove) and so the bathroom is excellent and very large, as well as the desire to add somethingthat sweet for breakfast (cookies/waffles/jam).
Of the advantages, I would like to note the politeness of the staff, cleanliness in the room, they let the motorcycle into the yard. Plus, you can take as much as you need for breakfast. The location is also quite convenient.
Would I move in there again? I will definitely say yes.

Let's start in order, this is not a Hotel, this is a guest house. The hotel is being built right here))) They promised fantastic breakfasts.
Construction starts at 8 a.m.
Pros: friendly and helpful hosts.
Close to the center. The rooms and the house are very clean. Fresh renovation. The bathrooms are large and clean.
Minuses: the construction site is right here, dust and dirt in front of the house. You can't wash your feet in the yard. Duvet covers must be earned))) the breakfasts are meager and monotonous, breakfast is written at 8:30, but it was rarely possible to eat at 9:30, there is no buffet. The poor hostess tries to cook for everyone, but it turns out so-so. The price does not correspond to the booking, the hostess tried to overestimate.
As a result, we can sum up: the price is too high, in general, it's not bad, you can live. As soon as the hotel is completed, I will come and see what has changed!))

Wonderful hostel!
We rented a separate room for 3 with a shower. The room was clean and pleasant.
The hosts were very hospitable, helped us find a tour very quickly for 2 days. Although it is difficult to find something every day. Thanks a lot to them for this!
The location of the hostel is very convenient. The main attractions can be reached in 5-15 minutes on foot.

The prices are adequate, they will pick up any room for your money, you will be surprised.We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly lifted the mood. Excellent service. The hostess of the Khurshida house is always ready to help and respond to any request. We were holding a Muslim fast (Eid), we were also not ignored and cooked breakfast before sunrise. The hotel is very clean and tidy. We recommend it!🤍

The hosts speak Russian perfectly. There are many and varied options for breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location of the guest house is quite convenient, Lyabi House is a 5-minute walk away. We had a triple room. It's clean, but two washed towels on the bathroom floor instead of rugs are a bit stupefying. It would be better if they didn't exist. The beds are comfortable, but for some reason they were given blankets without duvet covers. It was not comfortable. Moreover, there are washed bed linen hanging in the yard, and there are no bedspreads among them. It's worth thinking about. What really upset us was the breakfasts. Rice porridge without butter plus a plate of the same rice with fried egg, two steamed pieces of meat and dried cucumber slices. Moreover, it looked as if it had been transferred from someone's plate to us, because the rice was painted over with something in places. And there were sesame seeds in the jam cup, obviously from someone's bun or bagel. Even some bread rolls were dry and obviously not yesterday's. In general, it was not possible to eat all this. We did not expect this kind of Uzbek hospitality. We left the table hungry!!! Therefore, I do not share the enthusiastic reviews about breakfast. If you want comfort and delicious breakfasts, look for something else.
PS After publishing a similar review on the booking, I received an unpleasant message from the owners, in short: for ridiculous money you got a clean bed and breakfast, and you write nasty things.
I don't understand, if I really didn't like it, why should I write praiseworthy reviews or keep silent? Then how will other guests find out the actual situation with the guesthouse?

Great hotel.
Booked through booking, 480.000 soums came out for 2 nights. Breakfast is included. They can warm up your food for breakfast. We had breakfast with samsa, bought from the evening.
The room is very clean, except that the dust on the battery was found when hanging things to dry.
It was cool, the battery temperature was added to us without any problems.
Blankets don't seem to be erased. And you can hide only with them, there is no second sheet or duvet cover. Towels are of good quality, perfectly absorb moisture, linen is clean, fresh. Mattresses, though high spring, but hard. However, you get enough sleep on them and then nothing hurts. The pillows are high, comfortable.
A lot of foreigners. The center is close on foot, literally 5-10 minutes at a leisurely pace - there are many narrow pedestrian streets.
The owners are friendly, pleasant people. It's pretty quiet in the hotel. Up to 23, children can make noise, but after that - silence.

I chose the accommodation based on the reviews, they were good. Inexplicable incidents sometimes happen in the life of every traveler, perhaps this is the case, so if after this review the rating did not drop in the future, then my case is a ridiculous accident.
Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong.
The room that we chose in front of us was ruined by former guests (or not, we did not see) we were given another one, it's not scary, as long as we had a place to sleep
I did not find the remote control for the air conditioner in the room, with the phrase "your room should be comfortable without it" they gave me the remote control

At night, someone turned off the air conditioner from an external outlet, maybe by accident, but after a night the situation repeated itself.
the breakfast is tasteless, instead of black cumin, as we were promised for the lost things, "the best tea" was brewed. But the story turned out to be very funny. How do we know which is the best tea in this country? They drank, spat, until the next day it turned out that the mistake (was it accidental?)
was the most forgetful and inattentive staff from those places where they had ever stayed
We lost our things that needed to be washed, then, at the end of the stay, we found them and washed them. It was more funny than upsetting
For some reason, the room has a window under the ceiling to the next room through which everything is audible and a light bulb is shining (why is it constructive?)

Maybe Russophobia? I doubt it, but I don't rule it out.

The location of the hotel itself is super successful, 5 minutes from the center of the old town and you do not need to go anywhere to explore the old streets, ancient buildings.
