We often order food with colleagues for lunch at this cafe. Yesterday, they tried to order for the team once again. The Yandex application was not working. I called the cafe itself and asked if it was possible to order by phone, to which the girl replied that write in a telegram and we will accept the order. I sent a telegram, the order arrived, but the courier demanded 25 thousand for delivery. I called the girl who took the calls again and asked why she hadn't warned me about the paid delivery, to which I received an answer that she didn't have to do this and that we ourselves should know. She spoke extremely sharply, not respecting any loyalty to regular customers. After I asked her name, she hung up on me. I ask you to find out who was on shift yesterday on 01/24/24 and answered questions very tactlessly. The Administration is obliged to warn that the order via telegram will be with an additional courier fee. Naturally, you have lost your clients.

It's a great cafe, we go almost every day. In arugula, you can assemble a relatively inexpensive, nutritious, healthy and delicious lunch, whatever you wish (an example of a dish at the bottom, in the photo, the cost is ~ 50 thousand).
