An amazing monument is a memorial that means the blood ties of two cities. There is a certain tragic line of perception in this memorial, especially in the evening.

The official name is "Hands of Friendship". It was established in 1965. It is included in the list of immovable historical and cultural monuments of the Kentron administrative division of Yerevan. The sculptors are Hilma Madera and Ara Harutyunyan. The sculpture is a symbol of the brotherhood of the capital Yerevan and the Italian city of Carrara.
