Unfortunately, the ruins of this building have no historical value. Believe it or not. This building is 40 years old. It was built in 1985 thanks to the enthusiasm of the military instructor of the 12th school, a real veteran, Lieutenant Colonel Nikolai Ilyich Lagutkin, if memory serves, he participated in the Battle of Stalingrad.
This model of either a dugout or a firing point was part of an obstacle course built to prepare for competitions in the paramilitary game "Zarnitsa".
In 1984, Lagutkina N.I. prepared the 9th "B" class for the Zarnitsy competitions. More than 30 teams participated in the competition (all schools and vocational schools, current colleges). Then we took a place like the 20th. They competed in several disciplines: swimming, 1 km running, pull-up, shooting with an AK-47, 7.62 caliber, obstacle course, lived in barracks near Gozha.
The obstacle course was the worst - the last.
Therefore, in order to avoid failures in future competitions, the military instructor beat out money from the state and built an obstacle course, so that the ruins are the only surviving object from it. There was also a school shooting range nearby, where we fired a TOZ-8 rifle 3-4 times a year, but it did not survive either.
Enough fantasies, this is the pure truth from an eyewitness of those years.
Here it is the remains of an old earthen fort. Photos in the review by Alexasndra Sh. - a clear mistake. the concrete forts are further from the city center, for example, the second one is located here https://yandex.by/maps/org/fort_2_grodnenskoy_kreposti/42589261983/?ll=23.669099%2C53.717070&z=18
