Gorgeous views, especially in winter, it's like a fairy tale, it's better not to enter the building (risky) when visiting Disna, it would be better to visit the kids in the orphanage (sweets/ fruits)
The ruins look impressive even from the other side of the Western Dvina. It's scary to imagine what they look like up close!
Hopefully, the ferry will be restored and it will be possible to get closer to the architectural monuments before they are completely destroyed.
Ruins of the 1902 county hospital with 100 beds. During the First World War, there was a German officer's hospital here. In 1944, because of the shelling, the hospital burned down, now only these ruins. That's the story in the smallest city in Belarus. And the ruins themselves are impressive..
