Of the minuses, the heating is not the best, the water pressure from 18.00 to 22.00 leaves much to be desired, it is also strange that they did not leave access to the battery, the windows and doors sagged heavily, the windows still had to be replaced immediately, but they found out later. But this is a question for developers, depending on which networks they planted it all on. There is a janitor, and cleaning of entrances. I like that there is a chat of residents in which issues are resolved. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is poor, you can hear the children walking, you can hear a lot (and we are on the 4th floor )In any case, we are satisfied with the purchased apartment in this residential complex👍🏽
