I found what I was looking for! I like everything: the atmosphere, the coaches, the guys I work with, the program, the schedule, the equipment, the location, the prices... I go to Ruslan three times a week. Ruslan is awesome! Motivates, monitors the correctness of the execution and can even fix your back. Once I came to training with an injury, Ruslan told me how, what and where to pull and even smeared it with his ointment =) I would call my program "crossfit, after which you don't want to die." Something more light-hearted and adaptable to the needs and capabilities of athletes. I also try to go to Alina's stretching sessions on Saturdays! I relax and pull on what has been hammered for a week. I like the way Zhenya and Alexandra train. Although I didn't go to them, I can see how attentive they are to the training process! I hope that I have crossed my Rubicon. And now sport is a part of my life. Prosperity to the club and the management!

This is the best gym in the city, where they find an approach to both beginners and professional athletes in sports, professional coaches who give really working exercises both in group training and in an individual approach. The hall is clean, fresh, not crowded, very comfortable.

I discovered this gym recently, although I've been looking at it for a while. I did stretching for a month, and then I bought an unlimited subscription. It is very convenient that classes are held with a coach and at different convenient times. Everything coincided for me - the atmosphere in the gym, the staff, the variety of exercise equipment, the convenient schedule of classes and the location of the gym!!!
