I rested with my granddaughter from 05/31/2024 for 10 days. 1. The beach is wonderful, the sand and the purest water. 2. The kitchen is great, lots of fruits, desserts are delicious, pastries are very tasty. 3. The staff is friendly. 3.. The disadvantage of the hotel is that it is old and has not been renovated for more than 10 years. 4. All doors are wooden, cracked, locks do not work, air conditioners are mounted in the wall, according to the type of ventilation and do not work especially when it is hot, probably. They are being turned off. 4. The guests are mostly pensioners, but I was comfortable, there is no animation, and that's fine. 5. There were electrical problems with the wiring, there were interruptions with the light, if they do not fix it, there may be a fire. 5. The furniture is old wooden and all the closet doors and entrance creak and somehow open. 6. There are many Germans and Poles, but no one prevents others from relaxing.
The overall impression is good, if not for the problems with the air conditioner, then the normal 4 *.I recommend it for a relaxing family holiday.

I had a rest in the second half of May 2024. The hotel has a very good location...there are places to walk, lovely squares and parks in the area, a weekly market right behind the hotel on Wednesdays. Very friendly staff: greeted with smiles, escorted with hugs) A beautiful veranda for breakfast and dinner with sunsets (it's hot during the day) right above the beach. There is always access to the beach, you can swim or walk around the clock))) A pleasant snack bar, where there is always something to drink and have a snack, also under the sound of the waves!!! A gorgeous beach!!! Yes, the rooms are old, but the furniture is solid wooden (does not crumble in your hands), clean, textiles are changed, water is left in the rooms too without problems.
I've read so-so reviews about the A la carte restaurant...I didn't want to go, but the receptionist came up to me and invited me personally for the same evening. I liked...atmospheric, fish dinner with good waiter service. But the big disadvantage is that tea / coffee was not given. Only cold drinks and alcohol.
I had a rest this time, I liked everything, no complaints!

The best hotel in Turkey! The first line, you go out to the sand, the sea, the sun, the beach- delight!
The service is at the highest level, the staff is polite,the rooms are cleaned every day, you come from the sea and you have perfect order, all towels are fresh....It's very pleasant. All inclusive breakfasts,snacks - French fries,nuggets,burgers until 16:00, and from 19:00 dinner at the restaurant, everything is very tasty, except desserts, they are not tasty. Hot - chicken, turkey, sometimes fish. There is a lot of variety, a lot of delicious fruits. The sauna was turned on, not used, there was enough sun. Sun beds, mattresses on them and towels are provided free of charge, Wi-Fi is free. When I read the reviews about this hotel, there were good and bad ones, don't believe the bad ones, everything there is super good! I just returned and I am very happy, so I recommend it to everyone, a lot of Germans, a lot of Poles, and sooooo many of ours, you will always find company, we found and had a great time (in the company and drinks somehow unnoticeably :)

Pros:

The children's room is small, there are practically no toys.
We went to their restaurant, the same name, the food is the same as in the main, only there is less choice. All the difference: The serving was served and the dorado was served hot.

The hotel is old, but we knew where we were going. We came to the sea, and the beach and the sea there are gorgeous. Fine sand, smooth entrance to the sea, for children and people aged the most. The animation is bad, there is absolutely nothing for children. The food is scarce, if you're lucky, there will be 1 type of meat or fish. But no one will remain hungry. A la carte restaurant, we liked it, the food is delicious, the waiters are great, (photo attached ) but the restaurant administrator is a very nasty type, we tried to sign up for 4 days, he refused to sign us up, and not only us, everyone complained that they could not sign up, only after I insisted with a scandal, he signed us up, just so that I would leave him alone.
The hotel receptionist is a very cool man, he helped us a lot, and was always ready to help in everything. The guide from Anex Ekaterina, the girl is well done, but she is only interested in buying excursions from her, I wrote in the questionnaire that we have a wedding anniversary on 05/20/2024 (20 years) but we were ignored, and nothing was organized, it's a shame, this is the first time in Turkey when our holidays are ignored.
Basically, the hotel is not bad if you eat in a good mood and will not pay attention to the shortcomings.

In the evening there is an adult disco at the hotel, almost every day there is a show program. But everything is for adults, there is almost nothing for children. Tourists are mostly pensioners from Europe, there are few Russians.

I liked the hotel. We got a room in block A with access to the lawn, and then the shore. Beauty. Going to the sea, the beach, sun beds, towels - everything is fine. THE VACATION WAS A SUCCESS! I LIKED EVERYTHING!
Good afternoon, just returned from vacation. We stayed at Rubi Hotel 5* from 07/19/2024 to 07/29/2024. The vacation was a success!
We had a rest with a large family, took 2 rooms, with accommodation in each for 2 adults + 1 child.
We took rooms in building "B", which stands across the street from the sea, asked the reception to place us nearby if possible and our request was granted, we were provided rooms on the 2nd floor: 2217 (ours) and 2223 (the eldest son with his family).
Rooms: spacious enough, a large 2-bedroom bed and a one-and-a-half bed, an extra bed for a child (not a cot) + space for an armchair and a coffee table. A large enough balcony. Bath, toilet – everything is standard here. Furniture: yes, it's from the 2000s, everything is made of wood, BUT everything was whole and working. TV, air conditioning – everything worked well. Yes, it needs repair, but we don't want to stay in the room on vacation either. They give 1 key card to the number, which is not very convenient, if someone has already fallen asleep, and you need to go for a glass of wine, then here, as in the advertisement, "Pyaterochka helps out!" Take any discount card with you. There was a moment when my son's air conditioner stopped working at 2223, the master was called at the reception, but he could not help, offered a fan, brought it, put it on and the hum stood like at the airport, we did not make such a decision, and asked (demanded more) to replace the room, the number was changed to 2222.
There were no other problems.
About the hotel: The hotel itself does not have an open area, from the word at all, the whole territory is the front entrance of about 8 palm trees in front of the entrance. But for us, the territory did not play an important role, we knew that it would not be there.
10-15 minutes from the hotel (from the door to the right) there is a village and a huge market, there was a place to walk.
Building "B": has a Reception, a couple of small shops, a hammam, massage, you can immediately get beach towels, an indoor pool (the water in it is now 19-20 degrees, it was our salvation, when we went from the sea, we necessarily dipped into it and the water cooled pleasantly). There are tennis and billiard tables next to the pool.
Building "A": a restaurant with a large terrace (if you want to have dinner with a view of the sea, then you need to come by 19-00, otherwise there will be no seats on it, but you can always find a table in the common room, even for 6 people), a children's club with an evening disco and a children's playroom and then access to The sea! Through another terrace, where evening events take place, a bar and where you can have lunch if you don't really want to go up to the restaurant.
The transition from building "B" to building "A", which houses the restaurant and through which you can go to the beach, is made without leaving the hotel, everything is inside, one wall is mirrored. It's very pretty.
Food: no frills, but always a few hot dishes and a lot of side dishes, vegetables, fruits, sweets, everything is very tasty. One evening (Thursday) there were 2 times more dishes, which was not understood, but we liked it).
We had no complaints! There were no problems with stomachs either. Everything is delicious and satisfying!
Beach: wonderful fine sand, BUT in some places there are large stones in the water, there are few of them, but they are there, be careful not to hit your foot. The water in the sea is 30 degrees or more, it does not cool at all. There were always enough deck chairs for everyone at any time. We always hid at the wall of the Bar, there was the best shade, these places were occupied first of all, but since we get up early, we went to breakfast at 7-30 and threw things at these shady places.
On excursions: the guides are expensive at the hotel (we had an Anex), and boring excursions with them. We took in tents at the bazaar (to be more specific, there is an area in the center of the bazaar and a point next to it, we bought there). Everything went great! Great guys, a Russian-speaking guide, went to the waterfalls, you can bargain with them, they give in.
Price -quality: respond. It came out for 1 adult 96t. (compared to other hotels that we looked at when planning a vacation, it is much cheaper, maybe because of the lack of territory, maybe because of the lack of fresh repairs, but for 150-200 + for one - we would not get to the sea, and here the sea too, the beach is super!)

We don't smoke or drink, so it was very difficult to choose a place where no one was smoking nearby. Turkish coffee is paid for 2. We have just returned from vacation and want to share our positive impressions. The hotel may not be new anymore, but everything was in good condition: clean and serviceable. Although the hotel does not have its own territory, this did not become a problem, because the sea is located right on its border. Sun beds were always available.
The hotel staff were very helpful and always ready to help. When we asked to change the bed to a more spacious one, we didn't even have to pay extra — we were immediately provided with such a room.
The food at the hotel was varied and delicious, with a large selection of dishes. I was especially pleased with the availability of sufficient meat, not only chicken. The drinks were also of good quality.
I especially liked the dinner in Alaska — it was excellent, both in taste and appearance.
And the view from the breakfast and dinner area is simply magnificent.
I would also like to mention an excellent massage, which we really liked.

+ restaurant and terrace with sea view, where it is a great pleasure to have breakfast and dinner (lunch in the restaurant, since it is hot on the terrace, but still with a sea view)

+ there are no intrusive animators, from animation - darts, volleyball in the water, in the evenings every other day concerts and live music at the beach bar (for us, the lack of active animation is a plus, since we love a relaxing holiday)
+ the room is comfortable and cozy, good-quality beautiful wooden furniture. Air conditioning, TV, safe, plumbing - everything works, there were no problems

We found one minus - these are umbrellas on the beach, which do not provide sufficient shade (but this did not bother us, since we practically did not use sun loungers, we spent all our time at sea)

The food is delicious, without frills. We were on a la carte. It's a very good fish day. The bar in building " a " The waiter guys are good fellows, nimble. The waitresses are sad. Animation- two girls are very tired by the end of the season. There are only Russians at the disco. And then on days when music disposes. There is no children's animation. There is no animation during the day. There were two performances, dancers and acrobats. The hotels are mostly Russian and German. Bottom line: we had a good rest, the sea, the sun, etc. If you make repairs at the hotel, then I recommend it, not now. Although the numbers speak better in case "b". It's up to you.

We are currently staying at the hotel in block B. We arrived with a child. The adventures began immediately on the first day. There are ants in the room!!! When asked to replace the room, they said that there were no more rooms available. The room is dirty, untidy, it is not possible to walk barefoot, only in slippers. Animation is 0, there is nothing at all except the sea and the beach for the child, only on departure. There are 0 seafood dishes, huge queues for food, it is rarely delicious. Yousif is a good man. When writing the claim, it turned out that we were allegedly offered another room, that we were offered wine and fruit in the room, but we refused all this, it is not pleasant to hear what was not really offered. The hotel really does not pull for 5, maximum 3 *. Plus, there is a market nearby and a store. In general, we will not go to this hotel next time for sure. And I don't advise anyone to go there.

We went with our family in July, not for the first time in Turkey and there is something to compare it with, according to the reviews, the prince understood where we were going, but no matter how bad everything was, they did not expect it at all.
+ Only one is the beach and the sea and that's it!!!
Sooooo tired hotel , everything falls off, the refrigerator didn't work, the air conditioner barely worked too, dust and dirt everywhere, the smell of old age !
There is no animation at all, the receptionist at the reception is rude, the man who gives out a towel is not friendly at all, the staff is not interested and not friendly. In the evening, the music is only Turkish, no entertainment at all!
There are problems with food in general, there is no choice from the word at all (dinner is not bad), the appliances are always dirty, there are no napkins, the staff does not pay attention to you at all, you have to come up to ask for everything.
The overall picture is very bad, you can write for a long time and unfortunately there are only disadvantages(((

This is not the first time we have vacationed in Turkey. We had a rest in sector A in July (with a sea view). We knew where we were going, but we didn't think that everything was so bad there. You just can't wait for waiters in the bar, (either in the afternoon or in the evening) you had to go to them in the tap room and ask for what you need, it's not very convenient, it would be better to put a bar counter and people would come up and immediately take what they need. There is also a problem with towels, they gave one child for two adults, they also got rude, be content with what you have. It is clear that in this department the attitude towards Russians is not very good. Very rude staff, this is a big DISADVANTAGE to the hotel. Music in the evenings is not every day and where did they get such an old one. And mostly music was played for the Turks. The hotel is not just tired, it is dead, the doors creak barely close. The rest was a success!!! But comparing with 2018, the hotel has changed a lot. The food is not good... Otherwise, everything is fine!!! They knew where they were going... We rested in September with my husband for 8 days.
Lived in block B.
Cons: the hotel is too old, the furniture, the interior are tired. The food is modest (chicken, turkey, sausages, mackerel), but everything is delicious and everything is more than enough

For skbya, I noted one minus, there is no green tea. And the rest... Charm. I always say, before you write negative reviews, ask yourself the question why did you come? Неплохой отель. Жили в корпусе А, у моря-плюс красивый вид на море, минус сильная слышимость от автомобильной дороги(круглосуточно). Мебель и всё в номере старенькое, но ухоженное, кровати и матрац удобные, горячая вода круглосуточно. Хорошие гели для душа, шампунь, лосьон для тела и кондиционер для волос с легким мужским ароматом. Частая уборка номера и смена полотенец. Бесплатные пляжные полотенца. Бесплатная сауна и хамам с 12 до 15, но только без процедур, только попариться. Процедуры(массаж, пилинги и традиционное мытье в хамаме) стоят примерно 30-35 $. Шезлонги на пляже заняты с самого утра(часов с 8). Еда сносная, но ничего оргазмического))фрукты не вкусные. В отеле есть магазинчик с одеждой, магнитиками, вином, пляжной атрибутикой. Алкоголь на любителя, вино совсем не вкусное-пустое, сухое(красное, белое, розовое), много разных коктейлей-алкогольные(с ликерами или с водкой) и безалкогольные. Снек бар с 12 до 17 с салатами, вкусной картошкой фри и бургерами. Пляжный бар до 17.

Море шикарное, вода иногда мутновато, но песочек, поэтому так. Отель на берегу, ресторан на берегу, ужинаешь под шум прибоя... Сам отель добротный. Номера говорят не все ремонтированные, я жила в номере со свежим ремонтом
Не пятерка, конечно, 4, может быть. Питание скромное, мороженое за 10 дней два раза. Тарелки грязные, стаканчики бумажные маленькие для всего, для вина пластиковые, чашки кофейные для кофе и чая . ассортимент блюд скромный, но мне хватало. Овощей много, разного вида. Мясоедов и рыбоедам
тяжеловато будет. Фрукты разрезанные апельсины, яблоки, иногда арбуз, груши.
Три бассейна. Спа приличное. Персонал приветливый приятный.
Детям развлечений мало. Анимация минимальная. Но мне этого и не надо было
Меня не коснулись беды, но при выезде, увидели старушку из Омска, ее обокрали, и похоже персонал. На следующий день после заселения. Она не поняла код на сейфе и этим воспользовались. Ужасно неприятно было
Но, в целом, я очень довольна. Денег у меня было мало. Оставляла на виду. Побрезговали бы взять ))))
В Турции была раз 12. Есть с чем сравнить. Все прилично.

Были в этом отеле в июне 2023г. Понравилось. Отель находится в красивом месте, вокруг зелень, цветы, магазинчики, базар,разные красивые отели, дорога рядом.. Немного шумно. Отель нормальный, на 4, уборка в номерах каждый день.Кормят хорошо, из морепродуктов была только жареная форель.. Каждый день мясо, курица....много зелени, фруктов. В снек баре обслуживают официанты, быстро приносят заказанные напитки👍. Пляж хороший, мелко песчаный, водичка чистая, тёплая! Шезлонгов хватает на всех!
В отеле не хватало анимаций,с ней было бы веселее!😊Для детей горок нет, только два небольших бассейна. Территория маленькая. Но первая береговая линия это классно, кому нужно только море и загар! 💥🌴🌴🌴😁🏖️🏖️🏖️

Хороший отель для семейного отдыха,с маленькими детьми и для людей,предпочитащих спокойный отдых! Жили в корпусе А,вид на море,пляж -супер! Питание отличное,но если любите морепродукты,то вам не сюда.Готовят очень вкусно,выбор большой! Очень много людей,которые ездят только в этот отель.Нам,с мужем,очень понравилось,а нам есть с чем сравнивать(Куба,Доминикана).Море очень чистое!

Добрый день, работникам отеля!!! Отдыхала в отеле в июне 2023 г. Всё супер! Прекрасный отдых, персонал вежливый, внимательный! Эмоции зашкаливают. Пляж супер, море чистое. Веранда с видом на море огонь. Хотелось бы отметить мальчиков с массажа и менеджера, очень вежливые,улыбчивые ребята, профессионалы своего дела!!! Сауна и хамам супер!!! Рекомендую.Цены приемлемые. Хочется возвращаться снова и снова!!!

Хороший отель не смотря на некоторые нюансы! Начну с хороших. Месторасположение супер, отличное! Рекомендую блок А, засыпаешь под шум морских волн. Не могу сказать про блок В, люди говорили что есть шум от дороги. Не смотря на старый номерной фонд в номере чисто, минус в нашем номере это покрашеная краской ванна, что удивило!) Убираются хорошо, каждый день делают лебедей. Благодарность нашей горничной! Минус для нас было не достаточно воды в номере, но воду можно взять в баре в разовой упаковке по 200 мл. Есть ещё недостаток, это еле работающий хородильник, абсолютно не холодит.
Те гости кто находятся больше 7 дней могут посетить ресторан по системе a la carte, из блюд понравилась рыба на гриле (рекомендую), салат простой, креветки переварены и очень острые.
Теперь хочу сказать о основном ресторане. Завтрак обычный, набор блюд не большой. Обед тоже скромный. В отеле не плохие ужины, есть супы, мясные блюда, зелень, салаты. Официанты хорошо обслуживают (но не все), предлагают напитки для гостей, в основном вино. Есть вопросы по посуде в ресторане и баре, попадаются плохо промытые тарелки и бокалы для коктейлей! В итоге получили кишечное растройство, за пределами отеля не кушали что бы подумать на другое заведение. Когда подошла к администратору ресторана за минеральной водой (хотели взять 2 бутылки), он мне сказал иди там возьми, где там, у кого там, было очень неприятно и не красиво.
Теперь самое интересное), здесь очень общительные официанты, передают бумажечки с номерами телефонов, и если не отвечаешь то начинают абсолютно игнорировать.))) Обижаются что ли?! В общем некоторых сотрудников там надо поменять однозначно что бы рейтинг не портили. Есть замечательная женщина, кажется ее зовут Фериде, которая делает лепёшки. Очень приятная!
О СПА ничего не могу сказать, не посещала. На пляже сотрудник предлагает пилинг и стандартный массаж за 35€.
Хочу отметить работу Яны (организатор активити), очень старается с развлекательной программой для гостей! Веселая, ощительная, приятно поговорить!
По вечерам проводятся концерты живой музыки, есть выезды из отеля.
В общем я бы наверно сюда вернулась бы из за пляжа и красивых видов из окна!

There are horse mackerel fish and surprisingly fried herring, but the trouble is, I don't eat fish and I don't eat turkey. Therefore, the chicken in 9 days just got tired!!! And the nutrition is solid 3+. There was no beef and mutton in 9 days at all, and this is a 5* hotel.

I had a rest at the hotel at the end of September, block B, the hotel is cozy, polite staff, clean everywhere, good food, there was always enough. The hotel is conveniently located, close to shops and the city center. The beach and the sea are just wonderful, there are enough sunbeds, I will definitely return to this hotel.
