The hotel does not pull at 4* at all. 3* and that's a stretch. The declared thermal zone is for some reason by appointment. This is nonsense!!! And without an appointment- for a fee, what??!!! The bathroom is poor, and so is breakfast. The only plus is parking. That's it.

Quality service Friendly staff with friendly faces. Now when I come to Bursa, the Decrepitude of searching for a hotel is over. The only hotel I will go to. The breakfast is extra extra extra great
