What a terrible bank, I came waiting in line, only one booth works to pay for jokes, there are 5 of them, then a guard came up and kicked everyone out, threatening that like lunch, what are we going to sit there, no coupons or queue order are observed, the most terrible bank branch in Kara Balta
The horror! You wait in a big queue for 2 hours , and the staff just go back and forth , gossiping , at first I thought maybe they were discussing work But NOT talking about anything , for the second time I did not wait for my turn at the end of the day they were just stalling . Please take action, I want everyone to be active quickly and punctually , I understand that it is very difficult to work all day with different people, they are smart and stupid, but no one forced them to work in a bank.
