At RSK Bank, employees sit like sleepy flies. I won 't say that 's all . But both cashiers and operators are sitting like important pawns. Only one ticket office is open during the queue. The electronic queue is generally a walking horror . Many people will take a ticket and then , without waiting for their turn , they leave , and these operators begin to click on this talking sign , thus dragging their time . They work very poorly! The bureaucracy. The cashiers are half-dead, arrogant. The bank staff is not friendly, they are very rude. ATMs are constantly down. There's a queue at the ticket offices. Cashiers work like half-dead and for a very long time.
