Good location, 10-15 minutes walk along the embankment to the sea. Nice people at the reception, friendly. There is a kitchen in each room, there are all the necessary utensils, plates, wine glasses and even a rice cooker. The mattresses are comfortable.
One of the disadvantages is that the balcony is very small.
It can be noisy in the mornings, as there is a children's school nearby, but you quickly get used to it. It's quiet at night.
And in the cold season, i.e. when it rains, there is no hot water until 16-16:30, as there is a solar heating system. But at 16:00 they turn on the boiler until 7 o'clock, and you can wash normally.
The price is small, and I advise you to rent for a couple of days or a week, and personally extend it on the spot, as it turns out to be much cheaper than through booking or other sites.
I travel a lot, and I know for sure that a true review helps a lot when choosing a place to stay on vacation. This review will be as truthful as possible. I lived in this small hotel for almost a month with my wife. It is very convenient for living, excellent rooms with panoramic Windows overlooking the landmark and the sea, cleaning once every three days, but this is enough, since the room has a full kitchen equipped with everything you need, an excellent bed, with a comfortable mattress, linen is changed. There is a shower room with hot water, there are no foreign odors in the rooms, the air conditioning is excellent, the hotel is clean with an elevator. Drinking water can be bought at the reception in a 20-liter turret, underground parking for a motorbike. The sound insulation in the rooms is good.
Of the cons, the hotel is located not much away from the tourist quarter, but if there is a motorbike, then its location is more a plus than a minus, since it is quiet.
